The clerk was busy with other customers when I visited, but she still made an effort say hello and to welcome me. Arrangements are made to order. The colorful flowers made the cold day seem much brighter. The prices seemed high, but I have not bought flowers in a while. They carry a few gift and decor items. A number of Christmas themed stuffed animals were on display and would make perfect gifts for children. I like to support these local businesses that take pride in their work. There is free public parking across the street, but spaces are hard to come by, so go early.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get advice on how best to maintain the live plant as well. The rest of the store has stuffed animals, inspirational messages on items, and general things to use as knick knacks or wall hangings. Cute shop! A tall paper cup is what you are provided and gets a little soggy as time passes. My kids are 5 and 3 and they both had so much fun picking flowers. We picked zinnias, sunflowers, strawflowers, daisies and cosmos. We purchased 2 bouquets and with that amount made 4 bouquets at home. It's amazing how many flowers fit in a tall paper cup. I'm not sure if dahlias are ever available but that is one flower I would love to be able to pick a bouquet of. Totally thinking of having my kids' bday party here next summer. The owner has very well maintained paths and bundles your selections for the ride home. This is her second career and she does it well. She is very welcoming. They were to die for…read more My friend from the Indiana Bead Society sent them because it seems like I've been in the hospital more than I've seen my home in the last 20 months. Like I said, they were remarkable. But the day after I got them, one rose was wilted. . I thought it might have gotten broken during transit, so I didn't worry about it. I've watered and cut them like I'm supposed to. But yesterday I went to water them and 8 out of the 20 had wilted. I called and asked to speak with the manager. Lilly had answered the phone and asked if she could help me. I told what had happened with the roses. She said she was sorry and could she send out another complete arrangement. I told her that I still had more roses than I had lost, so that wouldn't be fair to the flower shop. I asked her if she could just send a bouquet that would be compatible to the roses lost. This was at about 3pm. I told her they could just send them with tomorrow's orders. She said that they would be at my home later today. The replacement bouquet was just as beautiful as the first with seasonal flowers. I f i could, I'd give this company a 10. Their customer service was aa beautiful as the bouquets themselves. Glad we went outside their suggestion and found Mount's Flowers. They did a marvelous job memorializing our loved one.
