The answer was that it wasn't their facility and they had no control. If you book them, make sure there is representation from the venue on site because The Ritz was very quick to step back from the situation instead of taking ownership of the whole event experience as they tout on their website.

Spectator bleacher seating is uncomfortable, but the beer makes it tolerable. The place is loud, but the kids seem to be having fun, as was I. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I would say the venue was big enough to hold about 200 seated and still have room for a DJ, dance floor, bar, and buffet style catering. The food was great although again I don't know if it was catered out or part of the venue. The bar staff was excellent and I am pretty sure they came with the venue :) There was a space for the bride to get dressed plus an upstairs space where they put a Photo Booth for pics. The actual ceremony was help outdoors and like I said it's surrounded by greenery to make some gorgeous pictures. There's some seating outside under a patio awning space plus a seated swing which I enjoyed sitting on waiting for guests to arrive (I was early). We also thought it was awesome that there was a "homestead" for folks to rent out for wedding weekends. I will say, it can be hard to hear with the acoustics of the building. If you have a lively bunch, it may be challenging to hear speaches/announcements (at least from where we were sitting).
