I did make an appointment with Lindsay for a Brazilian Wax. I will say if you go there you earn points and then you get a few dollars off when you go back. I highly suggest making an appointment. I'm not sure if they do walk-ins. I loved the furniture in the music in there. Lindsey was great. She talked me through the whole process while chatting with me and taking my mind off of what was being done. I've already made my next appointment to see her.

I had been ordering wigs online for a while, but I wanted a change -- especially when you're investing in real hair, you really need to see it in person and try it on before spending that kind of money. I had looked at a few other stores before, but hadn't had any luck. Beauty and Beyond wasn't far from me, so I decided to give it a try. Right away, I was impressed -- the store is huge, incredibly clean, and has an amazing assortment of lace wigs. I'll be honest, I was hoping to work with a woman, but then Khalifa stepped in to help me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so patient and kind -- he told me to take my time, and when I asked how many wigs I could try on, he said three. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, not even for a single moment. I selected three to try, and honestly? The very first one was perfect. I tried all three just to be sure, but the first one was the one. Khalifa was genuine in his feedback -- when he said it looked great, it felt real, not like a sales pitch. While I was there, another customer came in who had purchased from the store before and was back for more -- she said her hair always gets compliments. That meant a lot to hear! The wig I purchased was 100% Remy human hair, and yes, it was an investment -- but absolutely worth every penny. That same evening I wore my new hair to a birthday party and got so many compliments! Then the next day at another event, people who know me well came up and said, "Did you cut your hair? You look amazing!" Nobody realized it wasn't my own hair -- they all thought it was! And best of all -- I feel absolutely fantastic. Huge kudos to Beauty and Beyond and especially to Khalifa -- thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back!

So the owner did apologize and I wasn't sure about returning because it was so awkward. Jessica did amazing job and tried so hard to not make it awkward lol. She did amazing for my pedicure. I was greeted and shown to the waiting area, which was really cute and comfy. My stylist today was Gia. She made sure I had a positive experience the entire time! Gia washed, cut, and styled my hair. I was quickly seated and discussed what I envisioned for my hair by showing pictures. Farrah and her helpful assistant, Bailey, took care of me during my first visit. I was nervous because I don't color my hair often, but Farrah assured me I was in good hands. We went through what would be done to my hair and what type of shampoo is best to use in the future. I had a nice cup of coffee during my visit and great conversation with Farrah. I highly recommend this salon. They worked hard on my hair. I love my hair cut and the color. I will definitely be back!
