Sally's is great about having sales on nail polish like buy one get one 50% off or buy two get one free. I love that their sales normally include awesome nail brands like OPI, China Glaze, Essie and many others. I don't wear false lashes often, but when I do, I normally check out Sally's because they have good sales on lashes and lash products. They have a great selection so if you want a natural look or a totally glam look, Sally's will probably be able to meet your need. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful. I'm never in the store long before one of them asks if I am looking for something in particular or if I need assistance.

The store has a HUGE selection of natural hair products, which is great for a lady liked me who has natural hair. The store also had a wide variety of wefted & crotchet hair, wigs, accessories, makeup, and a lot more. I believe this store could eliminate the need to find order items from online because I could probably find exactly what I needed or something similar at this store. On top of that, the employees were helpful. The manager (he may have been the owner) was very nice. He asked me how I like the store and I gave him my feedback. They definitely earned a new customer this past Saturday.

Last week, I purchased a head wrap from Beauty & Beyond. When I got home, I discovered it did not…read morefit my head. I assumed it was a defect, so I purchased another one today. This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.

I answered a call from Walgreens today and a recorded message started telling me there was a delay…read morein my prescription.....then it would repeat that ....again....and again.....and again. I called back. I was holding on the phone.....I did this for 40+ minutes and a real live female person answered the phone and said I will be with you in just a minute...after a while....I was disconnected and transferred to no-mans land where no one would answer the phone. I called back and now10 minutes, there are once again 2 customers ahead of me. And the computer lady keeps saying she is sorry to keep me waiting! Actually, if there were a minus.....I would give a minus 100. It is sad. This used to be a vibrant store full of staff who could help you in a reasonable time. The voice mail system is terrible. The store is under staffed. You walk in there and can't find anyone except in the pharmacy. There are still 2 callers ahead of me. Actually, I have been moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy...but I missed this one. I may be holding on this phone until my next birthday ...which is in November!!! and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. It is now 26 minutes holding. And they will be with me shorly. This is not a good experience. Their staff is assisting other customers. Please pick up the phone and don't hang up on me again! There are still 2 callers ahead of me.....at 32 minutes holding. Does anybody at Walgreens care? This is so past bad customer service...I think their customer service folks all ran away. Oh yeah! One caller ahead of me. Lets see if i get disconnected again. The lady on the recorded message now has static in her voice because she has talked so much! And, my phone is running out of juice. 46 minutes on hold now. Now 51 monutes. Wonder if AI would do better? 59 minutes at 7:15 PM. Well....she, the real person, answered and once again asked me to hold on....so here we go.....didn't wait for me to say no.....didn't say please. Now 1 hr +. Oh she came back. FINALLY!!!!!!!!! Over 2+ hours.... Final recorded message....I am sorry. We are having technical issues and are having trouble processing your call. My friend Kimia M. and I came here last week. It was packed! At first there was only one associate and about 25-30 women inside the small store wanting to try beauty products. I browsed on my own at discovered a number of brands I'd never hear of before. I would describe their products to all be higher end, whereas at an Ulta you see prestige cosmetics but also see drugstore and Walmart brands. The store is beautifully arranged and very clean. After the initial madness while opening, Kimia and I came back after eating lunch and visiting a few other stores. Much calmer now, and there were several associates. Shoutout to Katrine for answering all our questions, doing demonstrations, and helping Kimia find a new lipstick that she absolutely loved. I will definitely be back here!
