My daughter is super sensitive and didn't seem to mind her first waxing. Shelly talked her through what she was doing and also gave us some background on herself. She has a ton of experience in larger markets and clearly learned great technique. I'm a lifelong waxer myself and didn't get this kind of service when I started.
