Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. The only reason why utilize her initially was because my original last artist of four years had moved out of town, so I was looking for a new lash artist. However, I would not recommend

Appointments are great, but walk-ins are welcomed too. Ask for Sona she's the best for your beauty care needs. They offer salon services from hands, toes, eyebrows, and eyelashes. It's clean, inviting, and provide great customer service. I recently got my eyebrows microbladed with my mom (Mother daughter day) and I was impressed with the results. Microbladding is semi-permanent and last 12-18 months. It's about a minimum two hour process and requires two sessions. Be sure not to wear any make-up or facial product the day of the procedure as the numbing medication may not work effectively. During the process, it felt like tiny little scores sweeping across my eyebrows or like lite shots back and forth. It tingled a bit but not painful. The after care is important in this procedure it's about 7 to 14 days with applying ointment and staying away from the sun exposure, anything excessive like exercise, sauna, steam rooms, etc. I can't wait to show these off!

No one was there yet so I went back to my car and waited. At 10am I went up to the door again and still no one was there. I then proceeded to call the number on the door multiple times, leave voicemails, and even texted that number hoping for a response but received nothing. I went back to my car and emailed the contact email from their website, and yet again, received no response. I waited in my car another 20 minutes and finally around 10:30am decided to head home. It was a disappointing experience, but I'm all for second chances thinking I'd get a call back a few hours later, however I did not. It's now been almost 5 days and I never received a call, text, or email response from them for completely missing my appointment. For that reason, I would not recommend. I am very glad I did not pre pay for the appointment.

The front desk woman arrived at 10:03 am and unlocked the door. I brought up that I arrived at 9:45 because I was instructed to and she looked at me and said oh. She had me stand at the computer as she was setting up the music and appointments and never apologized. I said I was feeling hesitant to do my appointment with them since she didn't apologize that I was waiting outside almost 20 minutes not sure if they were closed or canceled or what. She said they are all running late because it is Sunday. It is Sunday for me too. When I asked to cancel she said I'd have to pay for 100% of the service. She then called the owner and said I could talk to the owner when she arrived in a few minutes. The owner was going to get me started right away and didn't bring up the conversation. I explained my concerns and again she said I'd have to pay 100% of my service. Then ultimately the owner said that since my concern was petty she didn't want to deal with it and that I could cancel without paying. I explained my concern again and she confirmed that she finds it petty. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a salon or elsewhere.
