Rosie was great to work with. My eyeliner had been done 13 years ago by someone else and it was time to have it re-done. I also had my eyebrows done & am so happy with the results of both. I first went to Rosie in 2004 for my brows. Due to over plucking in my youth I had no real hair left. I could never draw my own on and felt very self conscience. Rosie does amazing work, each hair is individually placed. They look very real. Having brows has made me much more confident. I go every few years for a retouch due to fading. Rosie has been doing my eye liner for years. 10 plus....She is patient, professional and fun to work with.
