Asked for the dip mani and was shocked when she started filing my nails with a small grinder and hit my skin by the cuticles on two fingers. I had an awful experience. I was told it was a 20 minute wait. I waited 60 minutes to be seated into a pedicure chair and then an additional 30 minutes of me sitting in a chair soaking my feet in lukewarm water. I think they thought if they had me start soaking my feet I wouldn't leave. Well I did. After an hour and a half of waiting after being told it was a 20 minute wait, my wet feet, then wet socks and shoes walked out and drove to Ly Ly nails across from pick n save. Diana at Ly Ly nails sat me drown right away and did an amazing job. Super good foot scrub, massage, and service!!! Go to Ly Ly nails instead of pretty nails. They are only a couple blocks from each other and service is much better. read more

I have had my nails done by Kevin a couple times, he does a good job but he doesn't seem to follow instruction very well. When I ask for nails to be done a certain way he will a variation of what I ask for even though he is able to do what I want. It almost seems as he thinks something else is better so he does that instead. read more

Finally found a nail salon I trust and enjoy! The salon is clean, selection of colors abundant and techniques are creative. Kevin and Kay take they're time with each client being personable while offering suggestions for the long term health of my nails. I actually look forward to doing them again! As soon as I walked in I ran into someone I knew chatted as the gentleman working finished her transaction. Not once did he acknowledge me or ask me what I was there for, neither did anyone else working in the salon. They were all helping someone, but that's besides the point someone ALWAYS greets you as soon as you walk into nail salons. I decided to take a seat for about 10 minutes and STILL no one greeted me or asked me what I wanted. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I only pamper myself a couple times a year so I decided to get a pedi for myself. Great job done and she talked me into a mani with dip. All was going well until Trump came on TV and they all got very excited. Ok, im fine with that, you want to watch out president speak in our state. But then one of the owners proceeded to ask me if in voted for Trump and if I will be voting for Trump in the upcoming election. He went on to tell me why I need to vote for him. Very unprofessional and it left the whole room feeling awkward. I go to a spa to relax and get away from politics and everything else going on in the world. My nail tech did ask me if I was ok, knowing I was feeling uncomfortable. It did not affect her tip and she did a very good job. I will not be going back. read more

I walked in for a mani pedi and got right in. The pedicure was great. Unfortunately the manicure was terrible. They had 2 people working on my hands. No cuticle oil, no lotion. Just had me soak my hands in water and trimmed the cuticles without pushing them back. The filing was super aggressive. I think they were rushing to get me done before an appointment. My recommendation is to make an appointment...I think you'll have a better experience read more

I found this nail shop from goggle nail places near my home. I walked- in a little before nine and the doors were already open. I was greeted right away with a smile. The space was clean and inviting, you can tell that it was recently remodeled. Within 5 minutes I was set up for my pedicure. The gentleman who completed my pedicure was gentle, and nice. I appreciate it as I had experience in the past were guys were a little rough. The guy completed my pedicure but handed me off to Nancy to finish painting my toes and complete my manicure. I love Nancy, she was polite and attentive, and she did a great job. She also suggested some colors for me to try next time that will look great with my complexion. The carpet is old and worn and fillthy. I got a pedicure with no polish and a brow wax and it was $35 which is outrageous. The pedicure wasn't even good. I wish I'd checked reviews but I was just driving by and saw it. Yuk! read more

First of all, there was an ear wig or insect of some sort in the hand oil she used to massage my hands with...... Second, I got a full set with shellac polish - $40. Paid before and gave her a $50 bill, $10 tip. She rushed my nails so fast that she sprayed the alcohol on them before even dry, ruined them, and then said you like? and rushed me out the door. ON TOP OF THAT, the acrylic wasn't even to the sides of my nails, and she the tips she used were too narrow- my nails were wider than the tip! I will never go here ever again. My (shitty) nails "lasted" less than two weeks, even though they didn't even look good the first day. I was in and out in 35 minutes... every other place I've ever went to took at least an hour. Also, I'd like to comment on the (lack of) cleanliness of the establishment. It stinks, its worn down. Are there safety/health standards with places like these? They wouldn't pass, let's just put it that way. Save your money. Go somewhere else. read more

Went in to get acrylic on my nails and the man insisted I get gel and took the regular polish I selected out of my hands. He did a very sloppy job applying the gel and I had polish all over my cuticles. He then insisted I pay in cash but didn't have change for me to do so. He also burned my hands on the heater after he applied the gel on my skin. I should have realized how bad this place was when I was the only one in the place the entire time I got my nails done. read more

Worst nail experience I have ever had! First of all the guy cut my nails so short that he actually cut my skin! Then he burned me with the roller about 4 times, I had to pull my hand back numerous times. I picked out a nude gel shade, once he started painting my nails I knew that the color wasn't going to look right, he had to add something to the polish because it was completely dried out! After he finished with the final top coat, I looked at my nails and each one was streaky and smeared! I showed him and he tried to fix by applying another coat which only made the problem worse. Then he threw a fit about having to take the polish off since I insisted on another color. Then he screamed for his wife to finish me. His wife came over, soaked my already throbbing nails in acetone which burned like hell, and then she put a color on me that I didn't even choose, and it still looked horrible! The final straw was her husband had told me $25 for the total and she tried to charge me $30! I will NEVER go back there again! read more
