I went in to get a gel pedicure and he quoted me a price of $53 and then when I left he said it's gonna be $58 because I'm charging you to take your gel polish off your toes that is unbelievable that should be included in the $53. I will not go back there. read more

Old reviews definitely need to be deleted or ignored. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. A regular pedicure includes a hot stone massage which is an add-on at many other salons. I have been getting dip manicures for years and this is the first salon that isn't "drill happy". Filing is done by hand. I could walk to a salon nearby but choose to drive 12 miles to go here. read more

I was a walk-in first time Patron. Hans said they could give me a fill in an hour. He took me immediately when I returned, and I was finished in 40 minutes. My nails look lovely. I got my nails done today. I'll make it short and simple... hands down worst nail salon I've been to in my life... I'll just show my nails and the work will speak for itself. It was a full set, the nail tech got to start from scratch not covering anyone else's botched work so no excuse there, this was all her own. I paid $52 before tip. If you want long nice nails, this is not the place to go..EVER! When I asked about fixing the shape, she got aggressive said it will look different at the end and started filing and buffing my nails so hard my skin bled. Never again will I go there! Returning later today to ask for my money back because I had an appointment I needed to go to after my nails I wasn't able to take my time to speak with a manager, and I was just over all very heated and upset by the actions and end result of my nails. read more

I get a pedicure to relax. My pedicure today was anything but relaxing. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. Technician never even said hello. I was sent out with wet nails (no sitting under lights to dry...Covid?). So I am sitting in parking lot waiting for my nails to air dry. My daughter and I, both of whom are very cautious and take the pandemic seriously, had a wonderful pedicure at Pretty Nails today. We made a last minute appointment and were thrilled they could accommodate both of us at the same time. They also are taking the pandemic seriously and are following all guidelines, plus. As soon as you enter they give you hand sanitizer and take your temperature. They have multiple fans circulating the air. Shields are in place for manicures. We were seated with an empty seat between us. We felt very comfortable and safe. Glad they are finally allowed to be open ~ come out and support your local business! Everyone here is nice and always hustling. I get gel manicures here and they use Shellac brand which always seems to last longer than the other brands. During the summer, they get really backed up and even if you have an appointment, you always seem to wait just as long as everyone else who walks in. Worst waxing experience of my life! Young girl and middle aged woman tag teamed my full leg wax, using wax that was entirely too hot it was dripping off the stick they continued to double dip into the wax! The one woman could barely get any wax on my legs from the stick so she continued to scrap the stick across my hairs! Instead of asking me to move my legs and body, they were just grabbing and pushing my legs around. They were waxing my knees with my legs flat and skin scrunched instead of bending my knee to wax taunt skin! After they were done they covered me in baby oil and used rough paper towels to scrub the excess wax off of my skin! Absolutely a horrible, torturous experience! They have no idea what they are doing! read more

First, everyone is so sweet and kind! I came in to get a pedicure done and I didn't know they do the hot rocks too!! I absolutely loved it. Awful experience! I'm not one to complain. This is actually the first review I've ever written. They had me soak my nails for over 45 minutes and took walk ins that came in after me and completed their manicures before starting mine. Then cut my nails very short when I said I wanted to keep them long. Filed my nails oval when I said square and then when she did every finger crooked she told me it was just my fingers but that she would fix it for me. Ridiculous because she's the one who clipped my nails short. Makes sense right? I tried to get over it but my nails chipped the next day and I'm just really disappointed. 40 dollars and 2 hours in a salon for an awful job and over all experience. Definitely a no. read more

Had an awful experience here for the second time as a regular customer. They were crowded but said they would take me for a regular manicure, then rushed the whole thing. They said my nails were dry and basically kicked me out of my spot at the dryer. I ruined 3 nails and they lost a customer. read more

Love it here, all the girls are nice. but the male who works here should probably find a different job hes rude and nasty! I'm Sure he's an owner or owner son but learn some manners!!
