This last time I went in for a dip manicure, the guy was so rough while doing my nails. He asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed which are usually included. He almost made me bleed he was digging so hard around my nail beds. I finally had to ask him to stop and that I had to to be done. Then when going to check out they charged me an extra $20 to cut my cuticles which I told the other guy at the register he wasn't clear that it was an extra charge. I had to pay the manicure dip price plus $20 extra....never ever going back again. I highly recommend you avoid this place and go somewhere else or off island. I gave them one too many chances.

I went to sit down to get my nails dried and I was there for about 5 minutes, used the bathroom and when i came back she told me I was good to leave. My nails were 100% not dry but she insisted they were. The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. Went to ask for a fix two days later on my next available day off and they started talking in their language very aggressively. Had high hopes but was surely disappointed. Previous polish not fully removed, new nail polish only partially covered nail, put lotion on and massaged with soap still on feet, when I asked for toes to be fully painted it was big production and utensils placed on ground near dryers, I explained to them that that is not hygienic. Also had two very young teens working there...one welcoming people and collecting payment. The second doing pedicures. It was VERY evident that he did not know what he was doing or how to do it.

I was very much looking forward to a relaxing pedi and then a mani. She asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. I said no problem and I was happy that biz was brisk. She then took a customer in the back to get waxed. She came out after 5-10 min. Then she took the repeat customer ahead of me with no appointment I initially thought that one of the other techs would finish up and then come to me. I sat there until 10:30 at which time I said that this is crazy as I had a 10'AM appointment. She then left the repeat customer sitting in her chair and proceeded to do my mani/pedi in 25 minutes and simultaneously. She kept saying that there was an emergency and I told her she should've told me and I could've rescheduled. They did a good job but it was rushed and anything but relaxing. She kept saying over and over that they had an emergency.
