I ordered the Full Moon Party, a creative twist on a Lemon Drop topped with a light, fluffy lemon foam. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. Watching the bartender create other cocktails convinced me we'll be back to explore more of the menu. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the service. Our server, Svetlana, treated us like royalty and genuinely cared about making our anniversary special. The entire team worked seamlessly together, always smiling and happy to help. Kin & Folk has officially become our favourite restaurant, and we'll definitely be bringing our own kin and folk there in the future. It was supposed to have Gunaciale, a rich, fatty cured italian pork product. However, I had a SINGLE small piece in my carbonara beneath the arugula. My cousin who ordered the exact same thing had 8+ pieces. The linguine itself tasted house made.. however the carbonara was extremely bland. I didn't taste any salt, pepper or cheese. I was very disappointed to pay $25 for a small portion, that didn't have any flavour nor meat. For me to be disappointed with food while drunk speaks volumes. I think this restaurant has potential. Service was great. I would be willing to return again and try something else.
