    American Double Cheese Burger

American Double Cheeseburger 4.7/5 overall. Patty 5/5. Bun 5/5. Sauce 5/5. Flavor 5/5. Toppings 5/5. Fries 4/5. Size and value 4/5. Laguna Beach Chicken Bowl 3/5 overall. Chicken 5/5. Crispness 5/5. Veggies 3/5. Sauce 1/5. Flavor 2/5. Size and value 2/5. Fantastic burgers, service and a great vibe in a beautiful setting on the roof! Unbelievably delicious beef like most of Canada, amazing cheese and onions, perfectly cooked and balanced. The Laguna Beach Chicken Bowl was different, the fried chicken was fantastic but the dressing on the bowl tasted odd, not my cup of tea.

Came here one late night for drinks and a midnight snack and enjoyed our time here. Cool vibe, good food, and nice selection of beers. It was definitely the place to be as it was packed all weekend while we were in Kelowna

Stop for a quick brunch. Had tuna sandwich with yam fries. Pretty empty but we see people milling in after.

Great atmosphere, decent food, and good services. The music there is quite loud was the only issue. It is in the heart of downtown Kelowna. It is a great spot to meet up for a beer. Would come back to try other dishes.

Wow just wow, we ended up at Craft as kind of a second choice. Our first choice was fully booked for the night so after walking around we found Craft. And to be honest it will be our FIRST choice from now on. Firstly the service was amazing. I think I tried 8 or 9 beer samples and each was brought, explained and with a positive spin. The server Sarah was fantastic, knowledgeable and great with her explanation and knew what was going on. We shared a Mac & Cheese as an appie. The mac was great, the flavours with the hint of spicy pepper and tons of cheese was exactly what I was craving. Then we had a the AC burger which was delicious (with the exception that I subbed raw onions for delicious pickled ones) and I had a salad with it the house basil vinaigrette was great! Finally we had the fish tacos, fish was great the house hot sauce was good. My only minor issue is the cabbage was dry. Not tossed in anything like lime juice or something. But other than that the meal was great. The service was Top Notch and we will be back!

Great beer and cocktail selection . Waitress friendly . But it's a Busy tourist trap. Dirty. Spouse and I ordered the chili prawn fettuccini. When it arrived the portions were so tiny I called manager over and said " this is a 25 dollar pasta meal ... it's literally 5 bites" she replied sorry everything is out on a scale in the kitchen yours must be heavy prawns". Huh .. Heavy prawns? Sub par meal. Plus extremely small portions . Go elsewhere if you can. Rating : avoid

2 entrees, 1 should really be an appetizer. The beef tacos and the cauliflower tacos

Ambiance: great. Rooftop bar is so cool. High top and bar seating is first come first serve and pretty much has a good view wherever you sit. The other seating requires a wait or reservations I think. Food: solid 3 stars, mainly based on portion size and PRICE! Honestly, save yourself the trouble and just come here for drinks and maybe a shared app. My friend and I had a really good laugh over the differences in our meals (see photo attached). I got the cauliflower tacos and her the beef. We had asked how big they were- as you know, tacos can come in all shapes and sizes. We weren't ravenous, but we wanted something filling enough. When our tacos came out we were shocked by the difference. Mine were huge, took up the whole plate, cauliflower tacos with other delicious toppings. Hers were TINY. And only $.50 less than mine! I think they were 4" corn tortillas with only meat on them. No toppings or anything. When she confronted the waitress about it, she said "I forgot to mention the corn were smaller". LOL yes you did. The plus side, she said they were delicious! The one saving grace. The fries were hard and burnt and cold. The soup was tomato basil and had great flavor and seasoning. I think there was even some garam masala in it- very unexpected, but good!

These fish tacos are where it's at. Lots of local beers on tap, and even some we recognized from our Calgary breweries. The rooftop patio has a stunning view, lots of tvs, heaters, definitely sit up there if you can.

Man oh man, this place is definitely worth checking out. I ordered the carnitas tacos and they were super fresh and a the sauce complimented it well. We also ordered the happy hour crispy chicken sandwich- OMG. I couldn't believe the size it was for $14. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and so juicy. The bun was just the right amount toasted and buttery. The maple syrup sauce definitely made the sandwich. The fries were probably the best fries I've had in a while, seasoned perfectly and still crispy by the time it arrived by door dash.

Kettle River Brewing and Provisions Catering have partnered together to create a local brewing and food experience that is amplified by its great service (thanks Haida and Ben) and amazing decor. Chris and Russ feature local art, and one of the artists is the aforementioned Ben (Ben Arcega). His stylized 3x4 foot portraits are the reason I chose the seat at my table. I wanted to see them more! And Provisions Catering?!? Wow! If anyone knows Bruce Draper (and I do because he is my husband) you know he is a student of food. He is not easily blown away. Jake and Chris' calamari dish left Bruce dazzled. He is still talking about it and we are already home. The burgers were delicious, the home fries and homemade sauce were memorable. We asked for seconds. We wanted thirds. Thank you to the creative and skilled forces behind Kettle River Brewing Co. and Provisions Catering. As I finish writing, Bruce is still raving. He is talking about who he will bring there on our next night out. Anyone want to join us?! @kettleriverbrew @provisionsatkettle @benarcega

You order your food at the counter, pick it up yourself, and grab your own cutlery and water. I'd definitely skip the food, though. The portions were surprisingly small for the price. We ordered chicken wings, which weren't typical wings, a cider, and one entrée, and the total was $75. For the portion sizes and self-service setup, it felt VERY overpriced. There's also no kids' menu.

Came to eat here with my fiancé after playing a few machines in the casino and we were confused by the entrance. No hostess or signs saying to either seat yourself or wait to be seated so we stood confused and waited for almost 10 minutes - didn't want to seat ourselves and potentially mess up a servers station which is why we stood and waited for that long. Signs or something would be good for first time customers... Numerous waiters walked right by us and definitely seen us but did not greet us or let us know where we should sit, not even smile at us. It was not a busy night with a lot of patrons so it felt a bit ignorant to not even acknowledge our presence in the slightest. The bar is right next to the entrance and the bartender who was wiping glasses FACING US with only 1 man at the bar, didn't even try to help us or acknowledge us either. The man sitting at the bar told us to just walk in and get a table - so a CUSTOMER had to acknowledge us and let us know we could seat ourselves. Super cold and unwelcoming first impression, but we were hungry and interested in trying the food so we sat ourselves. We ordered a drink each to start from our waitress - a beer and cocktail. Our waitress, along with the other staff, was too busy gossiping all together in the corner to notice the bartender finished making our drinks so we seen our drinks just sitting on the bar counter for 10 minutes out in open accessible to anyone! Which is absolutely not okay, considering anybody could have walked by and spiked our drinks, especially if we weren't seated where we could see them. Just generally a dangerous practice as they were unattended, out in the open for anybody to do anything with. I ended up having to get up and grab our drinks and serve ourselves.... where's my tip lol? Our server was still too busy gossiping with her coworkers and never brought us any water, thankfully one waitress walked by our table and we had to wave to ask for some water. Generally one of the first things you are served at restaurants is water, regardless of if you are ordering any drinks besides water. Water was served lukewarm (and drinking lukewarm water is... just lukewarm itself) with 0 ice. Our waitress finally finishes her gossip sesh and takes our order after another 10 mins of waiting. We decide we don't even want to sit around in this place any longer because the service was below subpar, so we skip any main meals and order only appetizers. We ordered the Calamari and Wings. The wings were quite nice except our server did not bring any cutlery, napkins, or wet wipes to the table so after finishing, we had to go to the bathroom to wash our hands. Even fast food places will give you wet wipes, or at the very least, NAPKINS.... The calamari was absolutely gross. Teeny little pieces no bigger than a thumbnail put on the plate with a bigger serving of just the deep fried coating crumbs - FOR $17! It was not deep fried properly so they were just soggy little bits of squid we had to pinch with our fingers. Opa's serves a better calamari for $10, and compared to here, it seems gourmet. Our waitress was MIA and never even checked on us again for the entire duration of our meal. No water refills, offering another drink, or asking how everything is. When we did see her walking around, it seemed she was purposefully avoiding our table. Either that or maybe she really was that oblivious. We are in no means bad guests at any restaurant we go to, even when the service is terrible as we have an understanding of working in this industry so i'm not sure what that was about. Even though we were frustrated, we never displayed it in our tone of voice or body language towards her or the other waitress who served our waters. It was late so I understand if maybe she was tired or something, but it's just not okay to purposely ignore us - considering we were the only table she was serving. It felt cold. Flagged her down after 15 minutes of sitting there with dirty dishes on our table to ask for the check and left; dissatisfied and actually quite appalled at the experience. Easily the worst service we have ever had, we got better service from the bar in the casino area, which was super busy. Literally never coming back, it was actually quite shocking. To make guests feel so uninvited and ignored and have them SERVE THEMSELVES because the staff are like background NPC's is absolutely a joke. This place would be better off turning into a buffet, seeing as you have to serve yourself. At least that way, you could make sure to grab yourself some napkins and cutlery lol.
