They did a wonderful job of allowing us to kinda check in early and then called us when our room was ready. The rooms were nicely appointed in our double Queen with a good amount of room. The bathroom is a little snug, given the door brushes the front of the toilet. The bathroom is a one person at a time deal unless you're fine with close proximity bathroom habits. The bed was comfy, which is always a big thing for us. The breakfast covers all the bases, and although not memorable, offers a good variety to satisfy most seekers of the most important meal of the day. Location, comfort, nostalgia, parking, walk ability and you have us interested. Add great staff and you have a gem overlooked. Don't tell anyone though please.

Sierra was more than accomodating by holding the lost items in their lost&found and doing the extra work to parcel them up and send them to me. The cruise itself was awesome and viewing the millionaire homes was a first for us! The captain shared stories and events about the homes which left an impression on all of us! It was my sister's anniversary and she and her husband were given congratulatory greetings by the captain and team! They came to Kelowna from Fort St. John BC. So the extra care and attention they received was very impressive. We were SO impressed to see the captain clearing tables and still taking excellent care of the passengers! The steaks and salmon were cooked second to none! We ALL thoroughly enjoyed our meals and especially appreciated the generosity of the team!! Super excellent service! I recently booked a dinner cruise for a friend from out of town and the cruise was cancelled due to bad weather and we were advised that we would be getting a refund; however, we were not refunded for the food portion of our reservation as they advised it had already been prepared. We were not advises that we had to stay and eat the food or we would not be refunded the 62 dollars we paid. Very disappointed and will not be booking with Kelowna Cruises in the future.

They even have an arcade upstairs alone with a bowling alley! This place was amazing. I had their smash burger (it is only one patty on the happy hour menu) along with a beer and my friends had the wonton nachos and wings. The food was very good. The beer was pretty cheap for happy hour and there was quite a rush. I quite enjoyed my evening here and can't wait to come back!
