Love, love, love! I've stopped in here a time or two before while visiting but never purchased. I spent an hour trying on half the store (ha) and the ladies inside are so fun and friendly that it was a joy to shop. They have some very on-trend styles and some cute items and it's loaded with hundreds of items all styled by color (which I LOVE). In the end, I found two beautiful sun dresses as well as two amazing sale items (BOGO) and ended up getting a new dress for $5! They do have a rewards program with sales and specials if you're local, but I don't visit often enough for it to be worth it for me. Great location for shopping and walking and lunching right on the main Orange Ave with free 2-hour parking on the street right in front. read more

Worst customer service service ever. I bought a cute top last month. When I got home ( I live in Los Angeles ) I noticed a hole under the arm, brought it back today to exchange it for something else and manager refused to exchange it for me. Told me I've traveled with it and could have damaged it myself and said she would have to clearance it out. She did this in front of other customers! Although there stuff is cute it is not w we ll made! Make sure you inspect your stuff before purchase. I try to support small business but other stores stand behind the merchandise they sell. I will not ever return to this business! read more

I was waiting to stop by here after spotting someone walking Coronado around with the cutest holiday sweater! I came right before Christmas and the service from Terri and Josefa was so delightful! The fabric was obviously faulty, so I returned to the store for help in correcting the problem. Instead of help, I was told I could not return or exchange it, and in spite of my best efforts to make the store owner/manager understand, she kept reiterating the store policy and went so far as to threaten to call the police if I didn't immediately leave. As someone who lives on the island, I try to buy local and support our community. I have purchased many things in this store in the past; however, they have lost a good customer. A waste of hard-earned money and the most disrespectful treatment by a shop owner I have ever experienced. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I would warn anyone against a purchase here in the future.

I had a very similar experience as the other reviewers who had the misfortune of attempting a return at Pretty Please Fashion. The first time I went in, the store itself was a great environment and the employee that day was very helpful. We chatted, and I ended up buying some jewelry and a pair of packaged underwear. The reciept clearly states that merchandise can be returned unused, with receipt and original packaging, within 5 days. I got home, realized I didn't want to spend $20 on one single pair of panties and came back the next day to return the pair of underwear, still obviously in the package. As I approached the counter I was immediately told that they wouldn't return jewelry (which is not on the return policy on the repciet). When I told her it wasn't jewelry, she continued to come up with excuses of why I couldn't return the item that were not stated on their return policy. Unfortunate that a place so cute and with great merchandise has such terrible customer service. It obvious that in a town that gets quite a few tourists, they don't expect many customers to visit over and over or they might try to develop a better customer base. read more

Pretty please is so perfect! I love all the different styles of clothes and accessories they have to offer. Not like what I see in an every day store. Perfect boutique for gifts too. The ladies that work here were so nice and helpful to me to help me find what I wanted and what was the right fitting. I definitely recommend this boutique to all fashion doers :) read more

I rarely give out 5 stars so Pretty Please should be flattered. This shop is my favorite little store in Coronado! I visit Coronado annually and I always stop in. They have original and beautiful jewelry. Pretty Please is very well run and managed! No complaints here! read more
