The fabric was obviously faulty, so I returned to the store for help in correcting the problem. Instead of help, I was told I could not return or exchange it, and in spite of my best efforts to make the store owner/manager understand, she kept reiterating the store policy and went so far as to threaten to call the police if I didn't immediately leave. As someone who lives on the island, I try to buy local and support our community. I have purchased many things in this store in the past; however, they have lost a good customer. A waste of hard-earned money and the most disrespectful treatment by a shop owner I have ever experienced. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I would warn anyone against a purchase here in the future.

I thought maybe the $8 difference was because I was buying it online- not a storefront so the cost of doing business is less expensive. However,it gave me the option to pick the same blouse up in the same store I just bought it from. I also did not like that my store receipt gave me one price with tax, but another receipt was also put in the bag that stated I was charged an additional $3 credit card fee. I do not like the sneaky way that I had to find that out. My professional tip is to go online prior to buying anything in the store to see if it's a better price.
