It's relatively similar to what I've been to in other upscale areas, but the quality of the clothing is top notch, which makes it worth the price. They also seem to have some decent sales and a welcome offer online, with an option for shipping or pickup at one of their three locations. I appreciated how patient the associate was with me during my first trip (it was definitely over an hour and I left with four bags haha) but I was able to find the perfect date outfit and restock my closet post move and I have already been back again. read more

From the outside it was a very promising boutique with tons of creatures to be found. Once inside found mostly regular pieces that you can find at Ross, except 2 or 3 cool items with fruits painted on them. I was immediately greeted and the 2 girls I interacted with were super sweet. I forgot to pack jewelry on a trip to San Diego for a friend's wedding. I'm one of those people who feels naked without some piece of jewelry on so I was on a mission to find some earrings that were my taste. I thankfully stumbled upon Wild Dove Boutique. The two people at the front desk were INCREDIBLE! I'm unsure if they were both owners or just one of them was. One of them was so kind and gave me a bunch of compliments on my outfit. It was such an ego boost, especially at a boutique as cute as this one! I told them about my jewelry dilemma and one went to the back to make sure they didn't have a piece I was describing that I liked. I bought these pretty resin flower earrings for a reasonable price! I asked them if they had any local recommendations in town and they were so sweet and gave me a verbal list of all the great places to check out in San Diego. I'd highly recommend this boutique. I came in a pinch, needing a simple black tank top while I was staying at my boyfriends place downtown and about to meet his parents (I realized I only had a black crop top, which is not parent approved). I went in and was pleasantly surprised. Both of the ladies working in the store were very very nice, not pushy whatsoever, and helped to find exactly what I needed. A bonus is that I also picked up a really cute green Led Zeppelin tank top. The store has really unique items along with basics that you can mix and match in a lot of outfits. A lot of times at a Boutique everything is super expensive and this store definitely has some pricey stuff (pricey, not expensive b/c there's major value) but the basics are reasonable for downtown San Diego prices. If I could rate this store a 0 I would. The girl with dark brown hair made me feel so uncomfortable. The whole time in the store, I didn't get a "welcome in" or was asked if I needed assistance, she was just staring at me like I didn't belong. I was excited to be in the store at first, especially coming from SF this is a new store to me but the experience wasn't pleasant. This store is cute however their customer service is surprisingly terrible. I bought a pair of $26 earrings which I wore twice then the gem fell out. I've called about at least 8 times to fix or replace the earrings the following weeks to come only to be met with empty promises of calling me back. One of them even tried to hang up without taking my number down. I know theyre not some fancy diamond earrings but theyre also not 99 cents to be falling apart so easily. I work hard for my money and I dont take the value of it lightly. I regret purchasing anything from this store. read more
