We were staying at The Boulders for my birthday weekend and happened to find this boutique as we typically never go north of the 101. I am sure glad I found it! I have been here several times now and manage to always find something I "can't live without". The ladies working here are super nice and helpful and remembered me the next time I came in which was more than a month later. I had the most miserable experience at this boutique. I bought a full price pair of jeans $108 that did not fit my 95 year old mother. I attempted to return them with receipt three day after purchase with all the tags on the jeans and my receipt but they would not return them. I kept the necklace I bought but the jeans just would not work. I was told I could only exchange it for something else in the store. This is not customer service if you ask me. The size selections were abysmal. I tried for over an hour to find something. I don't even live in Phoenix and more so I was forced to buy something. It was not what I wanted or needed but I would lose $108 plus tax. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. In fairness they offered to extend a time limit for me to come back and spend the money but since I don't live here it would be impossible. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU'RE SURE YPU WON'T NEED TO RETURN. GRRRRRR read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a shirt off the sale rack only to find there was a hole in it. Came back seeking store credit and was told that is not their store policy. They don't do store credit or refunds - period. This was only $21. I also spent $60 on one pair of shorts while I was there last time. That is how you lose customers and tarnish your reputation. You sell $21 garbage and then tell someone to get lost when they would like you to make it right. This is bad customer service 101. Don't shop here, don't shop here, don't shop here! Plenty of other places with good customer service that you could give your business to. read more

Love going into this cute boutique! Everything is always displayed in a neat and organized matter. The sales associates are always very helpful and friendly. This place can be quite expensive, but they do have great sales sometimes! I love it when they have half-off certain items, you can get good quality, adorable clothes without spending a ton of money. Their jewelry is also very reasonably priced, I have found some cool, unique accessories there that I wear all the time now. Also those candles..I need more! BEWARE!! 5 DAY RETURN POLICY! Yes, FIVE. That no one (owner or employee) will tell you about until you try to return something after 5 days, of course (because a standard return policy is 30 days). And they will point to the miniature exchange sign that is placed on the counter, along side another sign that has nothing to do with the business, and say that is the policy and that's where it's posted for customers to see it. I was shocked at such an absurd, terrible, highly inconvenient policy when I tried to return a sweater because when I purchased it not a single person, who works at or owns the store, offered even an "Are you familiar with our return policy?" Or a "Just so you know..." Aubrey apologized yet did nothing to truly rectify the situation. This store is quite cute, albeit out of the way (also hugely inconvenient for customers/returns); unfortunately the policy and customer service, or lack thereof, is highly disappointing. read more

Purchased items at Camelback store as Christmas gifts. Talked to girl working about returning, etc. she did not say anything about the closing the store after the holidays. When I tried to return they were closed. I called another location and they offered to extend the return period.
