The Hayden Peak Crossing Plaza has three boutiques in it; Pretty Please is one of them. The three boutiques had very similar trendy and current women's styles, accessories and gifts. I have shopped Pretty Please in the past. We have a location closer to my house. I have always been pleased with my purchases. I've noticed the current trend is long dresses. Not really my thing. I've shopped at the other location up north when we lived in the Boulder area but since moving down to Grayhawk, I was totally stoked to see they had a Pretty Please right around the corner. I was trying to find a dress to wear to my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary party, I exhausted my search until I visited Pretty Please. I told them exactly what I was looking for. They pulled dresses for me to try on and always followed up with me with more dresses to try on. They helped me get out of my comfort zone with dresses I would never try on shopping alone. I wasn't greeted when I walked in because the manager was on the phone yelling at someone. I went to look at the shirts against the left wall when you walk in and could feel her glaring at me. I heard her tell someone named Brodee that she would call back. She approached me and introduced herself as the manager and then asked if I needed help. I declined and continued to look. I like browsing in this super cute shop! They have the cutest clothes for younger women. But occasionally I find something forgiving. They have the cutest styles and colors. Also very cute jewelry. I like to stop in because the young girls that help you are very friendly, welcoming. Which makes me keep coming back. When my daughter's in town I always stop in there with her. I went into Pretty Please recently and was taken care of by a really great associate who helped me find a dress for an event and while checking out she encouraged me to buy a cute tube top that was placed by the checkout area. I didn't have enough time to try it on (which was my fault) and bought it anyways since it was the last one in that color. Unfortunately the top didn't fit me well and I went to exchange the item for store credit. Except, there is no form of store credit available, only an exchange done day of. I asked the cashier for an alternative way to go about this transaction as I had no time to shop at the moment. (This was a different associate then the first one I had interacted with during my first experience.) She said that I only had two weeks to come in and exchange items from the date I purchased them and that she could only extend the date another two weeks since I had no time to go shopping this week or next. Her solution was to write a new date in pen with her initials on it, so I am hoping that time and money are on my side before February 28th or my impulse tube top purchase was a complete waste. There should be a better way for customers to be able to bring back an item, with the tags on and never worn, and for them to be able to receive some form of store credit for it(on a gift card or in the system). Instead, I now feel rushed and stressed to come back in with enough time to exchange the item and find something new in the store. Instead, the lack of sympathy or even simple understanding that I received from the cashier on top of this exchange process makes me not want to come back in and shop for a 2nd time altogether. read more

Been shopping here and next door at Daisy Blue since each opened. Last month I purchased a $65.00 skirt. The sales lady knew I had apprehensive feelings because of how short it is. I decided to take it and tried it on at home to show my Significant Other. He agreed it was a little short even for me at a flat 5 feet. I was shocked when I tried to return it and was told I could neither get my money back and nor get a store credit. I have been back to both stores several times to find something to exchange it for and cannot find anything. I am eating a brand-new in season skirt with original tags in tact. I have been in business all my life and certainly understand policies--but I also know good customer service. They've lost this customer and I want to make everyone aware of this unreasonable policy. read more
