Prior to a 3-week beach vacation, I contacted her and she was able to fit me in right away for a keratin treatment. I have blonde, processed 2b hair texture and wanted it to be healthier and easier to straighten without sacrificing my curl pattern. She gave me exactly that. It's been 4 months and my hair still straightens so much easier and faster than it used to and my curls are fully intact when I want to wear it that way as well! She's a knowledgeable stylist and really takes the time to get to know her clients and keep them comfortable. The studio is a single stylist set up so no need to worry about social distancing and a bunch of other people in the salon.

Please see the attached photo's. I saw Crystal the day before my appointment for a consultation. The consult was to provide clarity on what expectations were to be met. Crystal confirmed the price of the job and the start time & the end time of being in the stylist chair @ Crysmode. It was at that time I scheduled/confirmed the appointment with Crystal. Crystal verbalized / confirmed being familiar with the quality materials I provided for the job. The result, I was approx. 6 hours over the time Crystal quoted. Furthermore, Crystal was not able to seal the ends of my twist hence the unraveling of my twist. Crystal communicated to me to Utube how to seal the ends while I was in the stylist chair. I was mortified. :-( Crystal proceeded to burn my twist with random brown yarn that she did not ask to use in my hair. Crystal became irritated with me to the point I was feeling very intimidated. I paid Crystal as quoted I left the experience very disappointed. I returned home only to find my twist coming apart and unraveling. I called Crystal to seek her assistance in fixing the problem. Crystal never responded to several of my phone calls, voice mails and emails. I was not able to secure a remedy for the poor workmanship Crysmode provided. This review is a valid representation of my experience. Crysmode did not provide a professional licensed service to me as she verbalized.
