As a salon owner, I had someone come in wanting to try another brand then I originally carried. She ordered one brand and I ordered bombshell because they had 24 inch. A friend of mine had told me a long time ago. She really liked them. to make the same amount of grams of hair I had to have two boxes so the hair was twice the money. As soon as I put the hair in, thankfully, when I ordered, I only had one box at that time because I didn't realize it took 2. Immediately contacted and told them the hair felt different. It's very tangly. they assure me it's not their hair it to make sure that I dry it well. I have done that along with conditioners and everything. They said the hair is crap. Definitely not worth the extra money. I will definitely go back to my original extensions and never use these in my salon. They also said they have never had anyone complain about the snapping or tangling or the shed is terrible. I've only had them in for two weeks. read more

I have tried many different brands of extensions and these definitely have to be the worst brand I've tried. The quality of their extensions do not match their pricing. When I left the salon they looked great. Within a week of having them in I noticed they felt extremely coarse and began to shed. A little over a month I've had them now and they are at their end of life. I take extremely good care of my extensions only using an extension brush when brushing, not over washing them as well as only using salon products, and sleeping with my hair in a braid at night. I reached out to the company with concerns that their hair didn't even last me a full two months and their response was " not to use olaplex products because it can cause the bonds to break" they offered no resolution or even to send me new ones. I only wash my hair once a week and have never had problems with using olaplex on any other brand in the past. They said they have had no other " problems with this batch" anyone who wears quality hand tied extensions would know these are far from quality. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend these extensions to anyone. I could of probably bought better quality hair than this from Amazon. read more

Bombshell hair extensions, not only is their customer service absolutely terrible and rude. The extensions that I received which were the 24in blonde extensions turned orange after having a hair clip that I bought from Amazon, mind you it was a brand new hair clip so it wasn't rusted or anything. Luckily, my stylist was able to fix that issue but then I went to use a curling iron on it and it literally BURNT the hair. So my stylist ordered me this hair. One pack for around $560. That's really not that cheap so you would expect it would be decent quality. I'm an Extention veteran. I know how to care for them properly. 3 months in the hair was snapping and dry. The return hairs were dry and felt really uncomfortable. I contacted the company and they were nice enough to exchange the hair. That's why I gave two stars. I hate to write a bad review about someone's business but they need to get another supplier of better quality here and use this line of hair as a cheaper option for people who are looking for a $200 pack of hair. To me it's not even worth that but from a retail point of view that price would make sense. Now the second set I got from them. Same thing. 22" hair now only 18" from snapping. My friend also got their hair and two months in totally unusable. JZ styles is comparable price and better quality hair. I'm sorry change your supplier this hair is awful. When I left the salon, they looked amazing. Within just a few days I noticed that the hair was shedding more than what I thought to be normal. I contacted my salon right away. My hair continued to break off and shed and within one month looked terrible. In just two months after the hair was installed I had to repurchase an entire new set, this time going with a different company. When my stylists took out my extentions, they were no longer 22 inch extentions, but more like 17 inch extentions, this is how much the hair broke off and shed. We were attending a wedding at the Stratosphere and I was lucky enough to get an apt. on Friday with only a days notice. The location is only about a 15-20 min ride from the strip. My hair is naturally curly and can be a hot mess (I'm black/Mexican) so I was a little worried that my hair would be too difficult depending on the stylist I got. Boy was I wrong! Lynette was my stylist and she was AMAZING! Friendly, made me feel comfortable (everyone was super nice there actually) and blow dried my hair straight and curled it. MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH CYNTHIA JACKSON I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this person's services to do any type of work on your hair. Aside from the lack of expertise and the poor quality of work that she does, this woman is extremely rude, entitled, unprofessional, and continues to make excuses while taking no responsibility for her mistakes. I am writing this review on behalf of my friend whose English is a second language. I was there upon arrival to her "station" and I was there upon picking up her client/my friend a couple of hours later. For starters, as we arrive to the "salon" (I use salon in quotations because we were expecting a full service salon, not a swap meet set up with 40 small stations inside a building) we are greeted by Cynthia and her "assistant" who are just puffing away on cigarettes in very close proximity (we're talking 5 feet max from the front door of the establishment. Cynthia doesn't even greet her client, who, by the way is a first time client who waited over two months for this appointment. Through the trails of cigarette smoke, a booming voice says " What are we doing today?" Through the smoke my friends tells Cynthia that she wants her hair to be lightened to a blonde, something that has been expressed to Cynthia through several conversations. Rather than respond, "o.k., sounds good, let's do it, etc." the response in a nasty smoker's voice is "Your hair is dark." O.k. So we go inside into this maze of stations basically wondering where to go. Cynthia, by the way, is still outside smoking a cigarette. All of this took place in the initial 5 minutes of arriving. In respect of keeping this as concise as possible, I will lost just lost SOME of the major issues that we experienced. List of mistake : - Cynthia did not put the protectant base to protect her clients scalp. As we know, with bleach and similar protects this is very important. -Cynthia's assistant did 80% of the service. As a new client, you would expect that Cynthia would be interested in establishing and building a relationship with said new client, however she only popped in occasionally during this process. She was not there during any of the actual chemical processes. She did not test the strength of the hair after the bleaching or lifting. Instead, Cynthia had about 5 other clients that she was running around tending too during this particular appointment. Further, when she was with her client( which was rare) Cynthia chose to be on her phone. - When it came time to remove the foil, Her assistant (because Cynthia was somewhere else) pulls the foil off of my friend's hair very aggressively and quickly. This action causes the bleach spread to the ends of the hair, which was already lightened, and causes breakage. ⁃ WhAnd then when she rinse the bleach out it is too soon , even my hair only at level 7 ( she didn't check the strength of the hair if it damage or not ) ⁃ You doing too many client at one , you supposed to focus more on ur new client I understand you are busy but when it come to time to rinse the bleach and tuning the hair I prefer the do the work make sure it done correctly. Edit: She asked her client if she was an escort and was bragging about making 10k on Only Fans. I cannot. Literally so unprofessional. read more

I have had amazing color work and cuts done by Amber for a year and a half now with really good pricing too! I am one of those lazy few who just can't seem to get myself motivated to get highlight roots touched up every few weeks. With the ombre you can quite literally shower and go every day for months! I later changed to full baby blonde highlights that blended beautifully with my natural brown color that I was very surprised and happy with. Amber works to get the perfect cut to match the style. I love that they help you find the perfect style for YOU here. I have been frustrated by salons in the past that just grumble and tell you that you need to tell them exactly what to you want and it doesn't match YOU and then ends up a hot mess. For those of us that don't understand the finer points of hair design this can be overwhelming and lead to bad cuts and colors. Amber listened carefully to what my end goal was and helped with suggestions and a few options would work best for my hair texture and face shape, personal maintenance (whether I wanted to spend a lot of time on upkeep or not), how long I planned to go between cuts or color touch ups, etc. I have not personally had extensions done here but have seen several of her clients who have gotten them and they are amazing! She can do any color in the rainbow and works tirelessly to blend the absolute perfect shades on each extension piece. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but felt that this one was necessary. I am not new to handtied extensions; I have had them for almost 5 years now. Bombshell is most definitely the worst quality hair that I have ever purchased. I'm writing this review in hopes to save you from wasting your hard-earned money on extensions that have the life span of about 2 weeks. Again, I am not new to handtied, I am well aware of how to properly take care of them. I only use the best salon shampoo and conditioner, sulfate free always. I braid my hair at night and sleep on silk. I never allow the wefts to air dry in case of matting. I use heat protectant. I have these installed by a CERTIFIED HANDTIED STYLIST; she knows what she's doing. This is my second time purchasing Bombshell, I purchased a second time in hopes that I would have a different experience..but unfortunately, I did not. the hair I had before this one was purchased from another company, and that hair lasted me almost 4 months which is amazing. But they are out of stock pretty frequently which is why I ordered from Bombshell again. Hair tangles, becomes very dry and brittle which make the ends break off. It's just unacceptable for the length of time that I've had them. & they don't take exchange's once the hair is installed which is understandable..but it just leaves you to hope for the best. I feel like a stylist tease because I have flitted around town and found some wonderfully nice people to work on my do, but for some reason, I keep drifting! 5-stars means I would go back and visit them again. I started going here because it is convenient to my house and someone recommended Tiffany to me. Bombshell is not fancy, so don't expect cucumber water, a plush waiting area and matching smocks. It is like you're getting your hair done in your best friend's bedroom, which is fine with me because the prices are super reasonable: cut and color $65. The other things you should know: It's not a walk-in type of place. You have to book online or on the phone. She only accepts cash or check. Every time I visit Tiffany she has a client in her chair that has to look good for their job, for example a go-go dancer at a night club or a stand up comedienne. She obviously makes them look fancy. I think she also offers very reasonable prices on extensions. She is super interesting to talk to because her and her husband are avid outdoor enthusiasts, and she is from Idaho. Always good to have something to chat about with your hair lady. And lastly, she just started using a new color that is ammonia free and doesn't require you to sit under a hair dryer! Love it. There is nothing worse than roasting under that heat with the smell of coloring burning your eyes. Friendly, affordable, convenient to me and she keeps my tresses looking fine. Called twice on separate days because of how desperately I need a haircut since I haven't cut it in months, and no one answered. Called again today after waiting a few days to have a lady answer and tell me to text her my info. so she can get back to me because she was busy with a client. Uh, ok? I text her my name and availability and that I just want a haircut. She calls back a while later and says that she's not open, even though I sent her three different times within the next week. She asks me what I want done again and once I tell her she goes, "Oh, you just want a haircut?" Yes woman! Came in on a weekday and was greeted by Kasadee. We went over what I had in mind and what was the best choice for me. We also went over prices and honestly they are very reasonable. I was pretty shocked at how good their prices are. So ended up getting a ombré which surprisingly only took 2 hours! The thing I liked about Kasadee was that she explained what she was doing and why. My review may be a little bias because my boyfriend referred me here because he use to work with the hair stylist, Audrey. Once I called for an appointment Audrey was very friendly, and very willing to fit me in on a short notice. But once we met and matched the faces to one another we hit it off and talked the whole time about my boyfriend and her boyfriend, simple girl talk. she offered me water because I was so red (its like 130 degrees outside now) , and she walked me to the back room and washed my hair towel dried, and began cutting away at my dead ends. she asked how I wanted my hair cut, I said I wasn't really sure since I like the long hair, so she offered long layers, which I LOVED, she did a blow out and puts some wave into my hair with a curling iron. The salon is designed pink and black, very girly and in style. The products were all top notch, and through out the convo she kept double checking to make sure i liked what was going on. We talked about future cuts, and styles because i have virgin hair and have always wanted to dye it. Overall i have no complaints I am not a girly girl and I have always just cut the ends off and thats it my hair now has body, and a little bounce to it now. All for only 25$, with a well deserved $15 tip I walked out feeling pretty.
