I wad a little hesitant because I had them done before at another place and let me tell you...the experience was nothing like the one I got at Luscious Lashes! The first time I got them I hated them, too long and drag looking not to mention it was SO painful! Lori did my lashes and she is AMAZING! She asks what look you are going for ( I had pictures of what I liked and didn't like that I saved on my iPhone) and she is very well educated and informs you of what she is going to do! As soon as she started I didn't even know.... PAINLESS and RELAXING! After the two hours, I finally got to see how gorgeous my lashes looked! I didn't think they would look so natural and great. I was thoroughly impressed! I love waking up and not having to put on mascara and or for that fact ANYTHING on my eyes and looking great! I was worried she wouldn't have much to work with, but she was very reassuring and worked a miracle to make my eyes look gorgeous again. I decided to try a lash lift before trying lash extensions. I was very excited to try Chelsea since…read moreI love Ricadonna salon for my hair services. Chelsea was very nice and walked me through the procedure. She explained the rules of not getting my lashes wet for 48 hours. When it was initially completed, it looked ok, although one eye's lashes were way higher than the other. Chelsea explained it would even out and that she guarantees her work 100%. She said she would follow up with me. After 2-3 days my lashes were straight again. I texted Chelsea the following week to let her know. She said that this has never happened before and I must have gotten them wet. I let her know I was very careful and only used make up wipes to clean my face and not get my lashes wet. I work from home so I had no need to apply makeup. She said that she would redo them. When I went in to have them redone, she wasn't as nice as the first time. Barely said 2 words to me. Again, I went home and followed the after care instructions. Again, my lashes straightened out within a few days. I texted Chelsea to let her know and also sent pictures. She was very rude and blamed me for them straightening out. She said that I am not a good candidate for it since my eyelids are oily! Ummm there was never any discussion about being a 'candidate' for this. Yet she claimed it was my fault for having oily eyelids and the procedure was fine. Ughhh really, so unprofessional!! She also said that she will not refund me and she already did them a second time so that's that. I explained the product was still not what was advertised. It doesn't make sense that doing them a second time was enough even though they still didn't come out as advertised. It was $180, I expect results! It's like being issued a broken item and you return it and it's replaced with another broken item. It's still broken! Issuing two broken items doesn't make it right. Since she wouldn't provide a refund, I contacted the Ricadonna salon. I explained what happened. The receptionist said she would call back and she never did. I called again and they said no, they will not guarantee services at their salon. This was very disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my hair without any problems. It's not worth it!! $180 down the drain with terrible customer service!!! Beware, it is not guaranteed.
