The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me. The waxer told me since I didn't use my free wax yet if I wanted her to do my underarms so I said sure , and while my Brazilian wax having some time to chill out before we did more wax pulls she told me that since she already had her tweezers out if she could get a couple hairs on my eyebrows so I also said sure. I was under the impression that all of this was free: that's exactly how she made it sound. When we were all done she told the front lady that I had 3 services done and I was about to get charged $160+. I told them what the waxer had done for me and she informed me she would remove those charges. Upon getting home I see that I got overcharged still and I got charged for a $28 eyebrow wax that I didn't even receive. Wax never touched my eyebrows , a tweezer did!! And to get a couple hairs. Ridiculous. I'm never coming here again.

What should have been a simple gel pedicure ended with me being cut. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never been injured like this before. Halfway through, I was handed off to another person to complete the service, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere could also use some improvement. I love kids, and I completely understand that life happens, but when I go to get a pedicure, manicure, or any other relaxing service, I expect a calm and professional environment. During my visit, children were in the salon opening and spilling nail supplies, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than relaxing. In my opinion, that isn't the level of professionalism I was expecting. I was really hoping to find a salon close to home that provided quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.
