I'm new to the area and was looking for a nail salon with great reviews. Based on Yelp, I decided…read moreto give this place a try. I know what a standard pedicure includes, and I don't mind paying extra for additional services if they're actually performed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. What should have been a simple gel pedicure ended with me being cut. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never been injured like this before. To make matters worse, the technician who started my pedicure didn't even finish it. Halfway through, I was handed off to another person to complete the service, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere could also use some improvement. I love kids, and I completely understand that life happens, but when I go to get a pedicure, manicure, or any other relaxing service, I expect a calm and professional environment. During my visit, children were in the salon opening and spilling nail supplies, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than relaxing. In my opinion, that isn't the level of professionalism I was expecting. I was really hoping to find a salon close to home that provided quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.
