So I'm totally obsessed with lashes. My brother got me a gift certificate for Christmas to get my lashes done since I have been talking about it forever. I wad a little hesitant because I had them done before at another place and let me tell you...the experience was nothing like the one I got at Luscious Lashes! The first time I got them I hated them, too long and drag looking not to mention it was SO painful! Lori did my lashes and she is AMAZING! She asks what look you are going for ( I had pictures of what I liked and didn't like that I saved on my iPhone) and she is very well educated and informs you of what she is going to do! As soon as she started I didn't even know.... PAINLESS and RELAXING! After the two hours, I finally got to see how gorgeous my lashes looked! I didn't think they would look so natural and great. I was thoroughly impressed! I love waking up and not having to put on mascara and or for that fact ANYTHING on my eyes and looking great! Lori is also super awesome because if you have any questions or concerns she is just a text message away! Love her! I recommend this place and her to everyone! read more

I get my lashes done by Juliana! And SHE KILLS THE GAME! She is very professional and makes your lashes look amazing! I get Hybrid (mix of volume and classic). She is really good at knowing what you want and makes sure that everything looks good! And everything is very clean and sanitary! Overall a very good atmosphere and relaxing environment! read more

I'm a bit taken back on the previous comment of Lisa. Almost a bit angered about it even, as I have been seeing Lisa for well over two years and have followed her with this new move to Luscious Lashes. I can tell you that I have had my lashes done prior to me finding her and they just weren't the full, long and fun.. And lady (with the bad review) I bought a groupon as well and guess where everyone including myself ended up to get their lashes done. Yip the one and only Lisa! And if you read that groupon you are not getting the volume lashes or their technic of volume lashes you are getting a sassy pair! READ WHAT YOU BUY! In other words you got what you paid for. Cause I don't do those sassy ones. I do the individual lash and just recently put on the volume lashes 3 weeks ago that I haven't had to get filled yet! and trust me the pictures I will also upload will blow your mind and really see Lisa's work. (We didn't see yours??!!!). To all customers looking to get your lashes done trust me it took me a year to do research before I got them and took me a few trys to find the person who just cares and works to perfection even if she goes over 15 mins on her time. She pays attention to detail and she always goes above my expectations every time I see her. (Wait til you see mine above they will make you want them and this is 3 weeks in) In addition to the head phones and conversation your looking for..... Ummm you are in a a recliner chair with a neck pillow and the tone is not loud nor where 2 hrs of conversation is to be held. I generally chit chat with her and then let her get to her work and I fall asleep every time! And if that means she has an ear bud in by all means cause I work and listen to music also.. Especially when most clients as myself are so relaxed and enjoy my time there! Look I'm a firm believer of referrals but lady I really think your wrong you haven't experience luscious Lisa, you experienced the Groupon You bought! I have sent numerous of people to her as I am on a reoccurring schedule with her. In fact I get text messages on how they are holding up and how do I like them and this is after 2years of her service! So if you are here READING this review I 100% along with my friends and family, I have sent recommend LISA TO DO YOUR LASHES OR TRY THEM for the first time! My lashes bring so many compliments and with no mascara or makeup you still look like you put it on. Okay I had a very bad experience with Amy Moscano at Luscious Lashes (she consistently offers a groupon or other similar offers for $99, not worth it) on La Paz (see my review for that location), but the Marguerite is a whole different story. Sheri, the owner called and apologized for Amy which she didnt have to do but she did and i really appreciated it. She also offered to reimbursed me for the entire amount I paid Amy ($140), she also paid for an hour of new lashes with Denise (who was great). I will be going back to this salon for certain. My strong suggestions...DO NOT SEE AMY, but DO SEE Denise at the Marguerite salon. read more

Amazing... to not have to apply mascara and wake up each morning looking fabulous! So natural... people are continually telling me I have amazing eyelashes. No one can tell they are not mine! Juliana does an awesome job every time. She is so professional and gives me suggestions for different looks by using a different curl of the extensions she attaches. The volume lashes DO NOT LOOK LIKE CLUSTERS AT ALL! I did a group on with Lisa, my first time ever getting lashes and I LOVED THEM! In fact, I got so many compliments at work that I referred a few friends that have gone and gotten their lashes done by Lisa. Everyone loves them.. Luscious Lashes was the original salon I had read about so many, many years ago before the eyelash craze became the latest trend. Fast forward a few years and my friend gifted me with volume eyelashes for Christmas. That's when I met Jillian. She also trains the new eyelash technicians so I knew I was in good hands. I honestly can't say enough good things about Jillian as my eyelash tech. She calmed my nerves and relieved my fears about the horror stories I'd heard regarding getting lashes and I haven't looked back since. It's been over two years now and I've never had an issue with my eyes or eyelashes other than them consistently looking amazing! Jillian is the only one I trust with my lashes which is why I don't mind driving from San Diego to Mission Viejo regularly to get them filled. She is simply that incredible. LOVE love love this place. I am totally obsessed with my lashes! I recommend them here to anyone I know. I've already sent 3 people here and they keep going back, as do I. The fist time it took about 3 hours. I was 9 1/2 months pregnant and i wanted to look and feel beautiful, specially in the delivery room with my new precious baby and all the pictures that were taken. Mission accomplished! My baby came about 1 1/2- 2 weeks after i had my lashes done and they looked full and beautiful in the delivery room and in all of the pictures. I have been going back for about 3 months now and i am always very pleased. VERA does my lashes and she does a great job. I go in about every 3 weeks to get a fill for about an hour and every time i come out, I am in love with them! I always wear comfy clothes and take a little nap, they provide you with a cozy blanket pillows and a neck roll. lay back and relax, when you wake up yo will look gorgeous. This place is great. If you go here ask for Rishi, I I would never use anyone else. She is amazing! I have trouble remembering when it is time to come in and she will send reminders if you ask. When she does my lashes they look good for a long time. They are never hard or poke my eye. Sometimes I go long some I like them a little shorter. I recommend Rishi over anyone out there. I purchased a Groupon for a full set of classic eyelash extensions with one fill with Sarah. The lashes were beautiful but didn't last longer than a week. In my opinion, this is not worth the time or money spent. More than half of my eyelashes also fell out. I have had my lashes done before and they have always lasted a minimum of two weeks. I am disappointed with the quality of service I received and the inconvenience of having to go and have them fixed and stil having to pay. read more

I have been going to Luscious Lashes for years. I have been to 3 of their salons and every time the work has been outstanding. The last time I was there I was in a hurry to get to my daughter's wedding and needed lashes. Heather got me in but was running a little behind herself. We had to cut the appointment short and she said to come back to finish.. No need!! They were beautiful, full and lasted over 5 weeks! Amazing.. Fast and full.. Just another excellent job by Sheri's excellent staff. Her lashes are so soft you forget they are on and she seriously hires incredibly talented girls. I could go on and on lol but I'll save it for another review the next time I'm in. read more

I went to the location located at 27001 la Paz rd and had an AWFUL experience. I was referred by a friend who has gone there and has great lashes, but was given someone else to do mine. I assumed that they would look great, as my friends did, but I was SO wrong. I explained I would like them longer and fuller, but natural looking so they looked okay for work and not like a pinup girl. Over 2hrs later I was done and looked in the mirror and my lashes were extremely long, looked fake with a long curl and each lash looks and feels like a thick piece of plastic. They are nowhere close to full, long or natural and they look terrible and worse, feel like plastic especially when they clump. I would never go back here. $200, 2 hrs out of the day and my lashes are horrifying and I have to get them taken off. I could have put on a strip of lashes and they would look and better texture than these. Beware. read more
