They don't sell you things that you don't need like ADAS recalibration though they can make more money out of it. Unlike others who quoted me where ADAS recalibration is always part of it and cost from $200 to $350 which we shouldn't need for if they work carefully on our windshields.

They mentioned being at least 10 minutes early to get you checked in so they can start working on your car right on time. I actually arrived at 9:45 and it took all of about 2 minutes to check in and they pulled the car in immediately. I was told it would take 90 minutes to two hours to replace the windshield and recalibrate the camera. Their waiting room is nice and cool inside, with a coffee machine, a TV (on ESPN), and a clean restroom. Exactly 2 hours later and my car was finished. Since I had provided my credit card info when I booked the appointment, the billing was already handled. Although the cost of the replacement windshield was (barely) less than my insurance deductible, this is where my insurance company recommended I take it. Seemed like a decent value. On a side note, since I was sitting in the office where they greet customers checking in, I was shocked how many people show up AFTER their scheduled appointment time. They still take the cars in, but obviously, they'll have to wait for scheduled cars to be finished first.
