Contacted this business on yelp and got a quick response and quote that was much less than other places I had contacted. I got a same day appointment, found the business easily and was greeted by friendly staff. I was told it could take up to 2 hours to replace my windshield and recalibrate the camera. It was just about exactly 2 hours. Something I wish I had know before the appointment was that you pay less when you pay cash. I didn't have that large amount on me so I paid a bit of a fee to use my credit card-but honestly still cheaper than other places. Windshield looked great, came with a lifetime warranty for leaks and first chip repair free. Great value and professional work. Windshield looks great, so clear! read more

Immediately, this business was quick to respond and send out a mobile unit to replace a chipped windshield on short notice. The positives stop there. We received PCS order with the military and our Acura had to have a perfection windshield to pass overseas inspection. On site, the technician quoted a 1-2 hour job. 3 hours later, with three cracked windshields broken upon installation, the owner came out with a 4th windshield to complete the repair. Car sat idle until it was driven 3 days later to LA to board the freighter. The job completely failed within weeks. We started hearing wind coming through our windshield, and now there is constant condensation inside. Upper Sealants were ripped up and not secured or seals, and damage was done to the bottom apron. read more

Called around and this spot had the lowest cost for front windshield replacement. I asked if this included calibration of the sensor that's behind the rear view mirror and the said yes. After the job was complete, they said everything looked good and the recalibrated it, but on the freeway, the lane assist did not work. I called and spoke to a person, he said the tech said that there was an error but then said I should see an error on my end if it didn't work. Regardless, if there was an issue it should have been addressed there, but they handed me the keys like everything went great. They did tell me to bring it back, but at that point I didn't feel comfortable considering it should have been done the first time. I also didn't feel comfortable considering it is somewhat of a safety issue and I drive my family in that car. The run around and lies were not reassuring. I took the car to Future Honda, they said the after market windshield that put was not a god quality one and the bracket that held the sensor had to be bent to hold it in place. They said they didn't calibrate it, and that the sensor was cockeyed to the right. It's terrible, you trust people with your car and for the safety of yourself and your family but ruined because of just wanting business. *****After reading their reply. The Honda dealership didn't try to sell me anything, they fixed and completed what Quality Auto Glass failed to do. Also, they did not try to attempt to anything. I had to call them and follow up. They were quiet until I kept calling, never followed up. They didn't even reply to my text as shown in picture. No apologies, nothing. They are just saving face for Yelp. read more

Worst experience ever. Went 3 times because they kept messing up and not doing the job correctly. The price was cheap at first that's why I went. But it was not worth having to make three trips and the job wasn't done correctly still. They even cut my alarm cables and didn't say anything. The service requested was for a front windshield replacement. When we first got there, we were approached by a male alone in the shop. We let him know that we called the day prior for the service requested and without providing any forms or assurance, he took the car keys and told us to come back in and hour or hour in a half. My husband I both confirmed with him whether or not forms needed to be signed and he said no, only when we get back. After some time, we went back to get our car to find the car parked outside of the shop. Because they didn't get our phone number or name, we weren't given a courtesy call to let us know it was done. There was a lack of communication between the workers. Once I paid for the service, there was a $7 card fee on top of the sales tax and service - which I found odd. Other than, it appears the windshield replacement was done properly. The check out service was more thorough than the initial impression of the shop. read more

Got my windshield replaced almost a week ago. They said I just needed to wait two days before I can get a car wash. I let my car sit in my garage for two days before driving it, and waited one and a half week before i took it for a wash. Today i went to the wash and realized that the plastic part of my windshield i was not put back in correctly as the part was about to fly off when the air dyer was on my car, whereas the other side has completely popped off. Even the glue was not sticking. It became loose. Now I'm just awaiting the car wash place to get back to me on the plastic part and researching what I can do to fix it. read more

I spoke to who assume is the owner already day prior to my appointment and he told me the price to replace my back windshield in my 03 honda would be $162 out the door including install. I let him know that it had to be the factory tinted glass because my broken windows was the factory tinted wimdow. He said yes he has it. Once I got there and they had the old back window out, he told me they don't have the factory tinted one but there is a tint guy 2 doors down.. $70 and another hour later they finished putting my windows in. I go to pay and suddenly the price now for the non tinted window that I had to pay $70 extra to have it tinted was now $255. I told him no because he gave me a quote for $162 out the door. Wich was now $232 after tint. He told me a seal needed to be replaced and that was $25. (Wich of course it does any time you replace a sealed window, common sence) so that should have been a part of the price already. Then he blamed the tariffs. (Wich if that was true he should have mentioned it as a part of the price) but anyone with a half a brain knows that is BS. So he said he could only go as low as $213. I was running late for work now after waiting 3 hours for 1 window. I paid and left. First thing I saw was a big area of the head liner hanging down. Then I noticed my receipt said $222 an extra F-ing $10. So in the end I paid $292 for a $162 window with a fucked up head liner as a bonus. I strongly do NOT recommend these guys... quality is definitely something they know nothing about. I have pics but there is no option for me to upload read more
