Despite having been paid in full, Schwarzmann has evaded completion of our project. It has already been over a year since Schwarzmann contracted to supply the cabinets for this home. Moreover, almost every cabinet they actually did supply was the wrong size or color. The owner, Michael Schluetter, NEVER answers his phone, which has required us to personally pay a visit to his office to get status updates on the project's completion. Each time we tracked Schluetter or his cohorts down, we were told that the missing materials and parts were imminently here from abroad. Unfortunately for us, he was lying, and the materials and parts never arrived. Now we are left with kitchen cabinet doors that do not function properly, missing panels throughout the house, and defective panels that require replacement. It seems as if Schwarzmann has absconded with our money and does not have the necessary working capital to complete the job. We are essentially being held hostage by this company on a $17.75mm home, which remains incomplete because of Schwarzmann's utter disregard for the project and lack of service. We are now forced to pursue legal action and highly recommend you avoid doing business with this company and its owner, Michael Schluetter.

Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. They told us when to expect delivery and what to expect when their guys arrived. The spa arrived at our house right on time and the crew making the delivery was professional and courteous. They brought all the necessary tools to efficiently place the spa in our lanai as we wanted it and were helpful with any questions that we had. After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. I did contact them a day for two later via email with a question and they called me back within minutes. The spa is wonderful and the personal support is outstanding. Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Brand new spa delivered June '25…read more Defects noted on delivery. Service technicians are subcontractors and highly unreliable. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract.
