Read on-…read more There was a walk-thru, there was an appraisal, paper work signed, money exchange, include a generous % to this real estate agent, Denise M, ...Done? Right?... No!  Not 24 hours after her retiree clients were out the door and this agent contacts them saying the new owners are complaining about items left, not in the house, but in the shed and she, their agent, plans to stick it on them! One, I would have told the new owners tough luck, should have noted it on either the property walk through or appraisal.  Two, my other real estate friends have told me horror stories about the work they've have had to put into a property to make their percentage that out weighs the items one would traditionally find in a shed left by her client. Majority of items left were- shed containers, fencing that goes with property, garden partitions, barb wire, brooms; hell even a weather station and building materials. Yet, this agent failed to represent her client and now is trying to stick two retirees with a bill!  Totally unprofessional move by this agent. I've told her clients to rate her below 8/10 on any Windermere survey unless this bill is stomached into her sales percentage as the cost of doing business.  A petty 3-digit bill costs 4-digits+ in bonuses and bad reviews.

And I also feel let down by a company who obviously should be looking in on how their agents practice. No such loyalties towards a renter who always paid on time and was about to start 3rd year when covering butts became all reality and landlords cared about. And a promise to give a letter in good faith for saying what a pleasant and wonderful renter on time over 2yrs plus..But sadly he never followed through... I wanted to really like him but he only cared about $ and not us at all. Family put out without any kind of effort on our agents behalf to find us something else or roll our deposit into another place.... nope his 2 week vacation out of country way more important. We rented the property thru Michael 6 months back with a 1 yr Lease…read more Not going too much into details we spent out of our POCKET over $5000 in home improvement (receipts available to anyone interested) as we wanted to stay there long time. My family member was hurt just walking up the steep driveway. It was very UNSAFE. My car slid as the driveway and almost went into the neighbors home. UNSAFE We gave 1 month notice and the house was immediately re rented. . Reason it got rented right away is due to the fact it was in BETTER condition than when we took possession. Not only we left the home in better shape we left the propane tank with 3/4 Gas in it. The tank cost $500 to fill. I filled it less than 2 months back. The bedroom did NOT have any privacy when we took possession. We were sent a refund of $26. What a JOKE! Why even bother sending that? They took my $2500 Damage Deposit. Michael is all about $$ and profit. He don't care about you, or how well you have maintained the property There are better and more professional companies and professionals out there who will care for you. They just don't care if you are a Doctor who is taking care of locals, they just want your $$
