What she received in the arrangement was what appears (from the picture she sent me) a few pink roses, some pink carnations and this big, round Hydrangea of blue and white color. I felt the Hydrangea didn't pair well with the roses and other flowers used in the arrangement. The vase seemed too small for the arrangement as well. I tried to be fair regarding this and called the owner and she did talk with me about this but disagreed with my thoughts. I understand we all have different opinions on things. I will try to post a picture and those reviewing this can decide for themselves. I'm sorry to say I feel disappointed with what my mom received and will not use this florist again.

Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with. I can't recommend Mohican flowers enough, thank you Hanna and Elle!

Obviously, flowers are a seasonal product, but based on my wedding date, she gave me a good idea of what flowers would be available while still working in my color palette. The final product turned out lovely, and the bouquets survived the night intact. She also worked with my baker to lay flower details on my cake; she exceeded my expectations there. Apparently, my wedding also shared the weekend with the local prom, but she still got the delivery to me ahead of schedule, despite how swamped she was. Overall, I am very pleased with her services.

You know the sound that a roller coaster makes as it's headed up the first hill? That metallic…read moreclink-clink-clink that is as indelibly etched into our aural memory as the sound of a dentist's drill? One of those sounds that begets a visceral reaction? The roller coaster sound I'm pretty sure is what my mother heard as they wheeled her into the delivery room. A perplexed look on her face reflecting wondering why she's all hearing roller coaster sounds but since this is her first born she has no perspective maybe this is what all mothers hear. The ride that followed confirmed that Moms wasn't imagining things. Flowers for Valentine's Day is pretty much the least I could do. Thanks to Sunny Dale for helping put a smile on her face. Telephone service was personal and efficient. The price was right. They delivered when they said they would deliver. I don't know from this 800 number tele flowers whatever. I like calling the shoppe that will be doing my business. If you're the reason for the ride, send the flowers. Even if it isn't a Hallmark holiday.
