My order would be restocked and that I could order it again the next day and pick it up then I wake up this morning and see that my order has been fulfilled and they say that I picked it up five minutes before closing yesterday. They charged me $78.29 and I have no way of getting a refund other than according to their website getting back in my car and driving another 45 minutes to get to them to make a complaint to the manager. So basically because of their mistake, I have to take my phone app, and drive three hours out of my way with my gas money to show them their mistake, all because they understaff, and they have nobody that they can speak to at the store, and nobody is online at customer service on weekends. A store closer said, yup call your bank and dispute if you don't want to drive there. So then I lose a debit card and am forced to update everything on my end. AGAIN this was the Gardner Aldis mix up. Customer service is nonexistent. The prices aren't as great as they advertise them to be. I have to go back, and have them stare at me all slack jawed while they figure it out. Sounds like fun. You know what also is fun? Dealing with the FTC, The BBB, The Attorney General, MA department of consumer affairs.

To his surprise, there were two of the exact same (easily recognizable/findable) brightly colored toddler bikes sitting on the sales floor that we were just told were unavailable. He was then able to purchase one of those bikes directly in the store. I completely understand that mistakes happen and inventory systems aren't gonna be always perfect. However, it's tough to understand how an online pickup order could be canceled for being out of stock when the exact item was available for purchase in store??? It just feels like no one took the time to verify whether the item was actually available before canceling the order. Disappointing customer service.

The entrance to the farm kind of sneaks up on you fast; the whole place appears much smaller on the outside, but once you pull in and get to the gravel parking lot, you realize how much bigger it is inside. There was live outdoor music playing and kids laughing and cheering while playing with the nearby caged animals. This place was a great vibe. We weren't particularly hungry so I can't comment on the food, but we did take a walk around and paid for a quart box for blueberry picking. This was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing, but soon enough we filled up our little box very nicely. I recommend you bring some Off or some kind of bug spray if you're anything like me and bugs love buzzing around your ears. Inside the one of the barns was their stores and I picked up a bag of caramel puff corn and a delicious Apple Cider slushie. Everyone was very friendly. Overall we had a very good time here, and I hope to come back on an empty stomach so that I can try out some of their cider donuts.

The store itself is clean, the shelves are kept stocked, and in general things are easy to find. My one issue is that the cashiers always have a poor attitude. I have worked in customer service and I completely understand that dealing with the general public is not fun, but faking a smile is just part of the job. Half the time, the "leads," or whatever they are called, are just standing around on their phones while the cashiers are swamped with long lines- which probably contributes to the unpleasant mood. Ultimately, I am still going to shop here due to its convenient location, but I always leave feeling like my presence is a bother.
