The last people to take my transmission out of my 07 F-150 was them. Every bolt I have taken out. Has either been warped, covered in locktight or unlike the rest ROUNDED OFF! I paid good money to have them work on my truck. Where they have what they called a " qualified" staff of mechanics. Yeah well tell me why they put a rounded off bolt in the bell housing of my transmission. But let's back it up because I tried to be polite about my experience with them. The customer service wasn't bad. But the original problem I went in with. Was the clutch stoped worked. They replaced the clutch itself the master cylinder, the pressure plate, throw out bearing and slave cylinder and it still didn't work right. I! Replaced the master cylinder MYSELF! And the clutch worked. Y'all con-artist and no one should do any thing with y'all. I've been quit about it but after the last blot. That I need to take out to swap my transmission is rounded off. I'm done. This is not something y'all should get away with. I will be talking to Lawyers and the BBB and whoever I got to. To make sure y'all don't do crappy work on anyone else vehicle. And Budda had the audacity to think I would buy a truck form him when they couldn't even fix the one I bought to him. You did good hiding this. Never would've noticed it if I didn't have the finally swap the transmission after 250,000 miles.

There was a clear agreement regarding compensation for services rendered, and we upheld our end of that agreement. Payment methods and branding were discussed between both parties, and at no point were concerns formally raised or resolved before payment was withheld. If there were issues or misunderstandings, we were and still are open to addressing them professionally. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, our calls and emails went unanswered, and the agreed-upon payment was not made. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally rather than through public comments.
