I then called the office on July 31st asking for a return call and received no response. I waited until August 8th and was told by the office person she had received my vm...(didn't bother to return my call) that she would speak to Gary and would return my call right away...NO RESPONSE! As time went by, loads of rain over the years running down our steep walkway began to erode the ground underneath the walk. I called Horizon and they sent Dan Hinkle over to lift the bricks and rework the walk. He came quickly and beautifully repaired the walk like new.
