I was initially a tiny bit worried about some of the reviews I read about scheduling/showing up, but Joe put my worries at ease and communicated with me within a reasonable amount of time and showed up when he said he would. He and his partner were communicative, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They worked on our car repair in the pouring rain with no complaints! I would recommend them again and again and again. The mobile aspect was extremely appreciated and so valuable - we didn't need to worry about a tow or timing logistics to get the car to a shop before they close (because come on, most people work!)
