One of the best places to rent from as a student living off campus. Make sure you get an individual lease. But everything else is a breeze. Maintenance requests are easy and quickly handled. Paying rent on the online portal is fairly easy. The one complaint I have is that the guest parking for the apartments above 7/11 and Bennys is very far away compared to the apartments at New News. Al's the towing companies that are around here are horrible. Been multiple times where they have towed residences out of the parking lot and we had to get price Williams to intervene (which they happily did if they could see the camera footage). Also did I mention utilities included and everyone gets their own bathroom. Yeah it's worth it. read more

They will allow delinquent accounts to accumulate and then collect from YOU for debts of deadbeat trash. My daughter rented from them and is now on the hook for an entire year of unpaid rent by her housemate after NEVER RECEIVING ANY NOTICE. I found the perfect apartment through price-williams after searching for a month. They gave us a GREAT deal on our 5 bedroom 6 bathroom apartment. I'm so happy with the help I've received from everyone at Price-Williams, they have even helped us hold our apartment when we had to replace one of our roommates. 10/10 very professional. read more

Price-Williams made moving off-campus easy. My leasing contract was explained to me so that I could understand and the staff helped me through the whole process. Moving in was simple and Price-Williams did a great job making sure my house looked brand new when I moved in. We needed something in our house fixed a little while after moving in and the maintenance team was prompt and fixed our issue completely. Rented an apartment for our daughter who attended Radford University. Overall the apartment was fine and here experience in it was also fine. The problem cropped up after she moved out and we tried to get the deposit back. She moved out in May, but the lease was in place till Aug. then the deposit checks to be sent out. Called and emailed many times to find out when to expect the check and at the beginning "it would be mailed soon" then "it can take up to 90 days." Well we are into December and still no deposit check. It is good business practices to follow up with reimbursing ones money as soon as possible, not when you have been reminided multiple times to do so. Beware of this when and if you are renting from Price-Williams. read more

My daughter rented an apartment from them in 2012-2013 and her leased ended July 5. it is now Sept 29 and she still does not have her deposit back. They claim they mailed it in August but we did not receive it and they did not get it returned. Then they said they would have the check at the office on Sept 19 which they did not. Amanda, the manager, said the check would be there on Sept 26 which, once again it was not. They also tried to charge my daughter $35 for a returned check fee but at least they commited to not charging that. I feel like they are just playing games because they are angry I am posting a notification to warn others that getting a deposit back is a real challenge with Price-Williams. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Whitney in the office was always very nice, but all the other people were rude and unprofessional. They have the best properties in the area, but they are out to take money any way that they can. I lived with them in a house on whats referred to as dark side and had discussed resigning the lease for the following year. Price Williams assured me that they would let me approve of any potential roommates before allowing them to sign a lease. long story short, they let someone with a less than stellar history (think drugs, partying & trouble) sign the lease, not telling me until after. There i was, a month before classes started and had to find a new place to live. They take MONTHS to get your security deposit back to you, even if you turn in the paperwork right at move out (my lease ended in june and i didn't see my security deposit until late October). Mark Williams & Jeff Price are just two guys looking to exploit college students out of all their money. If at all possible, i would recommend trying other places. read more

Price-williams realty is a joke. One of their biggest selling points for our apartment was that "there is one parking space per room" so everyone would have parking. That was a lie. What they fail to mention is that the owners give out "staff" parking stickers to their friends. So, all the family friends steal our parking to go to class or the new fitness center. On top of that, they are cheap. We pay them around 1600 a month in rent, and our apartment is outfitted with old appliances, and single paned windows. Here recently there has been a lot of vandalism to vehicles, and there is nothing the cops can do because PW refuses to pay for security cameras. It seems that Jeff Price and his partner don't mind taking your money; but good luck getting them to actually take care of you as a tenant. read more

The fix it guys are always really nice and helpful and Mike in the office has always helped me out so much. I am currently living in a Price Williams home. I signed this lease without knowing the girls that currently lived here. Price Williams did not inform me that the carpets were not going to be clean, the broken windows were not going to be replaced, the walls were not going to be clean, or the broken dryer would be fixed. I live with 5 girls and to have to have a dryer that does not dry clothes until the 3rd time is very costly. Not only did they not mention that they wouldnt be cleaning up my new house, but they failed to mention that they were going to be doing construction in front of our house all year. They are building a new apartment complex in front of our house and put their parking lot right in our front yard. Since they are doing construction in our front yard they locked our front door so we are unable to use it. I think that is definitely a fire hazard. And to make things worse they do construction at 7am. Sleep is important when we are trying to take exams! Price Williams doesnt care about their clients. They take advantage of college aged students and do whatever they want to make money from us. I wouldnt recommend this reality company to anyone. Price Williams? scam artists. they have 5 parking spaces in the 7/11 parking lot. there is no signs stating that these are private spots. and then they send tow trucks by every 10 minutes to see if they can tow people. we werent aware of this and parked in 7/11 parking lot. after only 10 minutes of shopping our car was towed. $125 for two bags of chips. will have to travel to other neighboring cities and towns to buy our stuff. cant just shop locally to help local economy cause of scams like this. wish i could leave 0 stars thats all this business is worth read more
