This is one of the most down to earth, friendly, helpful businesses I've encountered in years and a very FIRST in a Jewelry store dealing in top end watches!! After a lot of research, I always found myself feeling "unworthy" of even entering a Rolex dealership because I am not rich and don't usually buy luxury items and it shows in everything about me. But, when I emailed Time Source to ask if they could service my husband's Rolex by a certain close date, Michael's tone in his response was very welcoming and sincere. I ended up emailing him back to find out if he could recommend a jeweler to repair a beloved ring of mine. He responded that they could take care of that, too. So, we met Michael and the rest of the staff today and what a fantastic experience. I told Michael that I really didn't have the budget to buy a new Rolex, but he still showed me watches--new and used--and I ended up buying one! He was so upfront. We talked about the pros and cons of new vs. used, superclones, and all kinds of things. Even when he asked me if I was Yankees or Mets and I said Mets, he was STILL nice to me! (ha ha). I was taken back by the beauty of the store and the quality products. I found the Tag section and saw the watch I have been thinking about since November. Marco, a sales man came over and took the watch out for me as well as a similar one that had been confusing me as which to pick. Marco had me wear the watch and he put it on as well which was great since he was well dressed and I could see how it would look in formal clothing. I asked the price which was a bit more than I hoped for but Mr Maddaloni came over and realizing I was serious offered a better price that made us both happy. I have to say that this was an extremely pleasant experience, Marco set up the watch , called TAG to activate the warranty and went over the proper care of the watch.
