A ridiculous amount of entertainment simply roaming about. I went on an early Saturday afternoon and there was a sizable crowd browsing about. They had a fantastic sale going on which likely was a factor for the crowd. Highly recommend a trip out to the unusual but brilliant store! The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and appear super interested in eclectic place where they work.

While we were there, we noticed a line forming nearby and decided to check it out. To our surprise (and my granddaughter's absolute excitement), it was HobbyTown doing a NeeDoh drop at 10am! The line kept growing and at 28 degrees we were freezing, but there was no way we were giving up our spot. Thankfully, the owner opened a little early and everything was very well organized. They limited purchases to two per person, and since we were third in line, we had time to pick exactly what we wanted. Such kind owners and a great experience overall. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the store.

Online showed they might have some in stock, so I called first. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was really nice and answered my questions, which made me feel confident enough to stop by in person. When I walked in, though, the in-store experience felt a bit different and on the emptier side. The two employees at the front didn't seem very welcoming and gave off a slightly annoyed vibe. When I asked about the Pokémon cards, they seemed confused about what I was referring to until I mentioned I had called earlier and spoken to someone. They checked with their coworker, who clarified which ones he had told me about. I asked to see the packs they had behind the counter, and the interaction still felt a little tense. That said, I was able to grab the two packs, which ended up being the perfect gift for my cousin, so mission accomplished. Overall, they had what I needed, and I appreciate that the phone service was helpful. I'd probably come back if I really needed something specific, and I'm curious to explore more of what they carry. Just hoping for a warmer in-store customer service experience next time.

He and his crew were extremely helpful in helping me switch from one scale to another and saved me the time and trouble and expense of trying to sell it on ebay or anywhere else!! I disagree wholeheartedly with the person who had a negative comment about packing and shipping. I have seen what they do so read the information / listing on ebay as most of it is used and/or listed "for repairs" - totally honest and forthwith information!!
