Danny Tucker, the salesperson, was immediately rude, dismissive, and flat-out hostile. Instead of answering basic questions about financing and my trade-in, he made the process more stressful and combative. When I asked for help from management, Chance Myers, the sales manager, was no better. He was also hostile at first. Later they tried to make up for it with some bullsht*, which I ended up passing on. It's clear this dealership has no understanding of customer service or respect for the people walking through their doors. I left with zero trust in this dealership and will never return. If you value professionalism, honesty, or even basic respect, stay far away from MAG Automotive Group. There are many better dealerships in Kansas City that actually put the customer first -- this one does not.

Your reviews are horrible and your absolute lack of care to show the same respect anyone shows are only going to make your business hard to run. I would be extra aware that this dealer only has their best interest at heart. Good luck with your business but certainly will not be supporting it in any way possible.

I thought I was saving time and money by buying from a used car dealer instead of privately. Choosing The Auto Ranch was a BIG MISTAKE! I know I bought this truck "as is" and I thought I was covered when the salesman KEMP said he had a safety inspection done on it (it did have a state of Missouri inspection tag on the windscreen). Stupid me I believed KEMP when he said he had the safety inspection done and the truck was road worthy, but he had lost the inspection paper on the day of sale ‍ OK I'm a sucker... HOWEVER driving the truck I hit a pot hole AND THE WHOLE REAR END BROKE OFF. Spring purches, brake lines, emergency brake, U-bolts, U-joints, diff pinion flange all EXPLODED due to rust and KEMP'S malfeasance! If you value your time, I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment for a basic oil change and a tire balance/rotation. Upon arrival, the service representative assured me that the work would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Trusting their word, I planned my entire day around that timeline. The Reality of the Experience: The Delay: After waiting for 3.5 hours with absolutely no updates, I finally went to check on my vehicle myself--only to discover they hadn't even started on it yet. A Widespread Issue: I wasn't the only one. The waiting room was filled with multiple other frustrated customers who had also been left waiting for hours on end for simple services. Management's Response: I ended up speaking directly with the Service Manager, and his only response was to say he was sorry and that they were "behind." No kidding they were behind! Forcing customers to wait over four hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation without a single proactive update was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Saying "we're behind" does not excuse a total lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. This dealership seriously needs to get their house in order to better serve their customers. It reflected incredibly poorly on the Hyundai brand, and I will not be returning to McCarthy Hyundai.
