The timing worked and they were ready. The rub comes as at home I pay $2.60 a shirt where here they quoted $3.10 but no big deal for the convenience. Then I pick up my shirts and 6 are priced at the $3.10 but 2 are priced at $6.45 each. They tell me it's the material. Now I get them cleaned at my home cleaner at no extra cost so I am not sure of the process. They tell me they had to be hand washed, again I had never heard of this and these shirts have been cleaned numerous times (maybe with the volume my home cleaner just processing them but I need to ask.). In total the 2 shirts were $13.90. Now when I dropped them off I pulled them all out and left them on the counter with their rep standing there. Nothing is said. They had my phone number but no call. I hope they enjoy the little extra money, I will never go back. We are looking to move here and they won't be my cleaner. It's not the $9.00 extra it's the way it is done. I have my shirts, suites and other done frequently so they can judge if it was worth the $ and the way it was done.

Another is a dark dark purpleish 3/4 length coat, with great sentimental value. So I was hesitant to turn these over and take a chance. However, I can say without reservation that Elite Cleaners II did an excellent job! The colors look more vibrant, esp. the Eileen Fisher coat, which is a dark teal. And that they use a "wet" method and not chemicals was a plus. The items were ready one week later. Yes, you can expect to pay more for their service, although I don't know if the $53.00 for two coats would be standard or not. At any rate, to my mind, it was well worth it. Now my coats are ready for the next winter in Ann Arbor!
