Wanted to try their coffee for a long time. Was disappointed as it wasn't hot and there was just one carafe of the regular so I heated it up in the microwave that was right there. Plenty of stuff to ad to your joe so you can have it exactly how you like it. The girl behind the counter was super nice and going out of her way to be freindly and helpful to the older ladies that were there getting gas. read more

Pride - Outside - Gas Stations Near Me - Southwick, Massachusetts

I stopped in this Pride establishment too cash a few lottery tickets. There was an older lady in the aisle and she appeared to be stocking the shelves. She looked up at me and I thought she was going to say something but she looked back down and continue to stock the shelves. I waited patiently then watched her walk in the back room. It wasn't till another customer came in that she came back out with another employee. I gave her the tickets and she asked me if I was getting any more. I told her no I'm just cashing them. She looked at me disgusted almost like I was wasting her time. She cashed in five out of the seven and gave the two back to me saying they were not winners. I stood there dumbfounded then I showed her that it spelled out the winning amount as well as where the numbers matched up. Now really scowl faced she went back to the machine and punched some more numbers and without saying a word put five on the counter. At this point I wasn't gonna argue to her on the second ticket that she said was a loser. I went across the street to Big Y and they cashed it with a smile. I guess some people just don't wanna work or feel the need take out whatever they're going through on others. Either way I will not be back to this pride. read more

I customarily use the PRIDE on Route 20 in Westfield--- they are awesome!!! ALl the employees in WESTFIELD are kind, helpful, and funny. The Pride in Southwick does not have any chairs to sit at, so I tried using my laptop along the back wall, near an electrical outlet. As I typed, looking for a job online, an employee named KAREN (asst mgr?) came up to me and said, "We are going to move you over there! (pointing to a place without an outlet), because you are near the milk." I said, "I have coffee here, it could spill on my computer too, it is not a health violation. I use the laptop in Westfield with no problems." KAREN yelled, "You have to go over there!" Then, an old man customer chimed in his 2 cents, "She's trying to be nice!" I said, "I am leaving." KAREN said, "NO, you're not!" I said, "Yes, I am. ALL DONE. You are a bad manager. Westfield PRIDE GOOD, SOUTHWICK PRIDE BAD. You will be reported." I told the old man customer, "You are meddling. Go away! Leave!" I will never go to that PRIDE again.... KAREN should be an IRS Agent, NOT a customer service person= bad. I took back my Sunflower in a vase that I left for the nice young lady a couple days ago, and I returned the coffee to the counter, "THIS coffee is poison now." read more
