Theres always something to buy like at a rest stop off the turnpike; treats, drinks, magazines, souvenirs, etc. The gas is cheap and even cheaper when you use your stop and shop card points. This is basically the same wash as the $6 option, but it washes for twice as long, and dries for twice as long. This is all self serve. You pull up, put your money in the vending machine thing, and drive in. It doesn't accept credit cards, which is something I've grown accustomed to at automatic car washes. When you pull into the bay, you have to drive up onto a platform. It's a little wonky getting it just right. You drive forward, hit a ramp, the light turns red and buzzes (think buzzer in a hockey game), your car bounces back, the light turns green again, and you start the process all over again until you get in the 2mm wide sweet spot. After you're on the platform, you pretty much just sit back and chill for a while. The platform moves you back and forth. With suds on your windshield, it might look like you're about to be slammed into the wall. Good times. One huge plus is that the dryer moves alongside your car. I can't stand when I have to drive past the dryers, because I never realize what's going on until I've already sped past half of my car. This is more of a gas station than a car wash. It's one bay and some vacuums. I think there are two vacuums. It's not bad, and it's cheap. I'll definitely go back again.

They went to Pride to fill their truck and after driving away roughly 2 miles later the truck went dead. Turns out, the Pride stations delivery driver put diesel fuel on the regular gas tank. So anyone filling their vehicles with gasoline was unknowingly filling there vehicles with Diesel. That's fine, mistakes happen but like any good company....it's not how you handle your day to day business (most do a good job or at least strive to do so) but rather how you handle business when things go wrong. What's happened since then is a crime. First off, we were told by the owner (Bob) that he no longer wanted to speak with the woman of the house but rather her husband. Is this the 1950's? When was this ever appropriate!? Secondly, the vehicle that had an issue was brand new and still under warranty. So we brought it to the dealer for service. Bob didn't like that and wanted us to take it to "his guy". Since the vehicle was still under warranty (and frankly even if it wasn't) we felt taking it to the dealer for service was the best option. Come to find out the reason the Bob didn't want us to take it to the dealer is because now that this happened to the truck the and the dealer knows about it, the warranty is null and void. Bob didn't want the dealer to know about this occurrence for obvious reasons. To date, my family member has paid roughly $5,000 to have the vehicle serviced and parts replaced. With each service that was done more were needed after a few days went by and the check engine light would reappear. Each part that came off the vehicle had a distinct smell diesel fuel. Bob is refusing to pay for any of the work because he wanted us to go to his mechanic. In what world is that acceptable?! I've spoken to him several times and if there's a more arrogant, pompous, sexist person in the world I've yet to meet them. Stay away from Pride at all costs. I know they're everywhere but supporting them is supporting this complete A-hole. I for one won't do it.

We were driving from New Hampshire to Philadelphia to see our son at Villanova. Our car was…read moredriving poorly, shaking and wobbling, so I pulled off Interstate 91 in Holyoke, MA. As soon as I did, the tire felt like it went flat but it actually snapped. We thought the axle or joints were busted but without being able to see underneath it's hard to tell. We had *just* had it inspected and the alignment corrected in NH the week prior to this because we registered the vehicle there as new residents, so we were surprised something this bad would happen so soon afterward. Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!

I was then told this was going to be well over $200. I told the driver my quote and he said that it would not be that low. He agreed to make it just under $200. Little things tell a lot about the company. I feel completely misled and price gouged. The first time using your service. Also the woman picked up the phone was not pleasant and like she was doing a favor speaking with me. I will not be using your service again.

We spent weeks trying to find someone to just get this truck off our property. Even the police wouldn't come and get it as an abandoned vehicle. We finally got a hold of Wyatts and he came out the very next day to take this 20 year old rusted truck off our property. I can't tell you how happy I am to have that truck gone.
