Beside the 3 gentlemen I work with through texting, when neither of them are available for parts…read moreand I have to call the store number, I wait longer than 5 min to even get a response or at times I don't---I'm always being transferred back and forth from the service department to the front desk, so disappointing trying to get ahold of someone in the parts department these past few months. Not even the texting portion of the parts seems to get a quick response or even a notice of the message.
