Husband wanted step bars, a bed liner, and a bed cover for his new truck. He met with Patrick who showed him all his options, and made recommendations on what was the best quality products for the right prices. An appointment was scheduled to have everything installed. The appointment took a total of about 3 hours, which is what they estimated when the appointment is made. When my husband picked up his truck, the tech showed him all the features he needed to know. Went into the store today To purchase weather tech floor mats. The price quoted from the store was $305.00. Thought the price of pretty high for mats.... So I went to the Weather tech website. I have never had a problem with any topper or accessories these guys have put on our trucks. They are honest and dependable. One of my trucks was in a major hail storm and needed the Back Flip lid replaced. Told the shop and insurance company to have DFW do the work and replace the Back Flip. Caliber Collision ignored my instructions and took my truck to mage buddy who put a defective returned lid on without any fittings. It was a total mess. DFW Mesquite location had to completely rework the top and replace and reinstall everything including the top. They are my go to guys for anything truck, Jeep or off the road. read more

Can't say they are terrible. Friendly staff if you get the chance to speak with someone not busy at their desk. But even though I have come here through the years to have stuff done as I acquire new trucks, personal and for work, today though, I was just underwhelmed by the lack of service and just walked out after not even having someone's say anything to me. I was already not looking forward to the potentially long wait time of having an electric tonneau cover installed. Despite this I wanted to remain loyal to these guys since I have been coming here for some time, but after the lack of acknowledgement I didn't feel like settling for the stuff they had on offer in their store. Just want to mention if you are having something that could take a while to install at this location, there is not really a waiting area, more like a small table with a couple of chairs. Also a soda machine that will apparently just keep denying bills. So bring your quarters. While I am happy with the work done until now, I will be looking for a new place to fulfill my truck needs. read more

As a loyal customer for the past 10 years , I have to say this has been the worst experience ever . Brought in my truck to get a Truck Rack installed on Friday - I believe I was very flexible with them as I requested to picked it up the next day. Stop by around 1:30 to see the status and to get the final cost of installation . They gave me pricing and said I will be back to drop off payment. Once back, they said they are currently working and finalizing work on my truck. I asked them what time would it be done . They stated by 4pm as that's when they would be done. I said "ok" , and requested to leave vehicule outside with the keys lock inside the vehicule as I had to run other erands . Its now 5pm and I'm waiting on their parking lot for my truck. That's not even close to being done. And they want me to comeback in another 45 minutes. This is just unacceptable . I don't understand why they promise and can't deliver . They had my information on hand, and could have easily reach me to notify me. Their staff was rude and have no customer service skills at all. Please help me understand where I the consumer should continue to wait. read more

They take too long to wait on you. Also, I bought a Camper Shell, but they did not use enough Clamps on it. Then they charged me 100.00 install to install a mat, that is already sized, and they used no glue. So why was I charged $100.00 to install. read more

This place is amazing! We went in for a dealer paid hitch to be installed. We saw they did tinting, so we asked if it would be possible for them to do it at the same time since we were leaving the car for a couple of hours anyway...Even though it was late in the day, these guys worked in tinting our windows on a Friday!!
