This dealership is extremely predatory. I'm going to be honest and bite the bullet as far as me not thinking clearly due be being excited and walking off of a car dealership without any paperwork other than a buyers receipt. That being said this was my first auto loan and I walked in there with all honesty, as far as how much I had down. They offered me a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan and I had expressed my situation to a young lady, Alyssa and the older Middle Eastern man Tariq Elfauri. I drove off the lot in that vehicle on August 28th, and on October 20 2025 it was repossessed from my job. I was told at the dealership that they were going to give me a month to make my car payment. They claimed and never got it, the date was repossessed I made an additional payment of 480 and they still refused to reinstate my loan. Tariq also HIT MY CREDIT REPORT WITH THE REPOSSESSED and I've heard from "Deontye" that he basically blacklisted me from getting another car with anyone else. The day that I was able to go to the dealership and get my things out of the car a man introduced himself as Deontye and claimed he was helping me get my car back.. it's now December 15 and that has not been the case. I'm obviously going to get a lawyer involved. Watch out. This entire thing was a whole scam. Im sure they are all in on it. I'm very embarrassed and upset but I wanted to share so no one else falls for this crap. I heard from Deontye there's 20 REPOSSESSION cars right now and some other lady came up there crying about her car being repo'ed. If you're already in a hard spot.. don't trust them. And I'm going to say it because it was told to ME that they prey on POC. Do not fucking get a car through them!!! read more

I purchased a car there in June and had a fairly good experience while there. The car needed new tires, so they said that they would deliver it to me the next day. They promised that it would come with two keys, be freshly detailed, and have a full tank of gas. The next day, the car dealer we worked with had a dental emergency, but failed to communicate that they would not be able to get the car to me. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but I wish they had let me know much earlier in the day since I had reworked my schedule. Fortunately, they were able to bring me the car the following day, but the car had not been detailed, and there was only a quarter of a tank of gas in the car. They also only brought one key. When I asked about the other key, they said they would mail it to me. It has been over 5 months, and I have yet to get the key. Less than a month after I got the car, the battery died. I reached out to the dealership, and they told me they would reimburse me for the battery. I sent them the receipt, and, just like the key, I am still waiting on their empty promises. I would highly recommend going some place more trustworthy to purchase a car unless you want to be led on for months with no outcome. read more

Great experience with Ashton. I do pay attention to yelp reviews and skipped on a few trucks due to poor dealer reviews. I drove a little further than I wanted to but it was definitely worth the drive. We were shopping for my son's first vehicle and the truck we liked and originally drove there to look at did not have the safety features his mother and I wanted. Ashton showed us another truck that did have the safety features we wanted but not the look of the one that originally brought us there. We decided on the truck with the safety features and to have Lone Star Customize it in house. I did not expect them to get anything done the week before Christmas but Ashton and Lone Star made it happen. Monday it was at the interior shop getting leather installed, Tuesday the bumpers and grill were removed and sent to the body shop to be painted white, Wednesday the lift kit was installed, Thursday the wheels and tires, and Friday the bumpers and grill went back in and we pick it up tomorrow (Saturday Before Christmas). I called up this dealership and inquired about a car that was on Craigslist. I asked the Sales person I spoke to if the title was clean. He indicated it was and that it was in a minor accident that required the door to be replaced. I asked again if it was totaled, salvaged, or rebuilt and he said no. I went ahead and spent the $35 for a carfax and sure enough it was totaled. I texted the guy back and said he lied about the carfax and made me waste money. I'm from Houston and called this dealership and talked to Blake. I told him I was interested in their Lexus RX350 I found online. I asked him to take close up pictures of any defects like scratches. Blake got me those pictures in less than an hour. Blake even sent me the carfax on the RX history showing no wrecks and a good maintenance history. We negotiated and agreed to a fair price we both were happy with. I schedule my own shipping company to pic RX up on Saturday. Shipping company told me it would be picked up sometime in the morning and that didn't happen. Shipping company told me they would pick my RX by 3pm and again that didn't happen. Blake waited till 7pm (he got off at 3pm) for the shipping company to arrive and they never showed up, so I told Blake to go home. Shipping company found another driver and everything went smoothly after that. I cannot express how much I appreciate the awesome customer service I received from Blake and how clean inside and out my RX350 when it arrived at my doorstep. I bought the RX without even seeing it in person only because I read great reviews from others on this dealership. I normally don't give reviews but felt it necessary to give my feedback on my experience with this company. I reached out to this company via email to verify the car was still available and received a quick response. The next day I went in for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Ashton was the only salesman in the office at the time and didn't show any interest in selling me this car. I can appreciate the non pushy salesman but he didn't even ask me how I liked the car or if I was even interested in getting financed. I took the initiative to find out what their financing options were and to get the buying process started. On their website they state they have different lending and different finance options available, which is not true you can get finance through your own bank or credit union or they have just the one bank they use. The finance guy was not in the office so Ashton advise he would send over my credit Application to him and it would take 2 hrs for a reply. I left the lot which in my past experience if a car dearship is trying to sell cars they don't let u leave. I waited a few hours with no call back from Ashton, when I called it was a "coincidence" that the finance guy just emailed him when I called that they couldn't do anything for me. I'm not sure if it was discrimination or these people aren't just into selling cars. If I could give no stars I would. read more
