For anyone who's planning on leaving any reviews on here .. remember this is a small business. .. all the women in this salon are amazing mothers and work hard for their families. Remember that when you are leaving a review that may harm someone remember there are four other stylist .. not just stylist that have been working for over 20 years each one of them , but all wonderful mothers who are trying to provide for their families .. and remember when you are doing a review and you're upset you are not just hurting the person that you're talking about. You're hurting the entire Salon .. one thing that I do as a composed person is if I don't like somewhere that I go I just simply don't go back. Don't spend your energy in time trying to put down a business just because you didn't like your experience .. these girls are Amazing stylist ! Sarah, Yessi , Angela , Sonja and Vanessa! I've been to all and they are very talented!! And would recommend to all!.. I've been going through these girls for over 20 years and have been bringing my children to them.. I have recommended so many people to them and trust them completely with my hair and color... have you have the urge to put down someone .. you need to take a deep breath. Think about what you're doing and go take a walk or something... because putting down a business, you should be ashamed of yourself.. grow up .. and if you still continue to do it after you have read this seriously I think you need help and honestly everyone who I noticed that is on here that has left anything bad I dare you to go on their yelp and look at how many others that they have done this too.. these are people who can't compose themselves or get it together un classy people that can't get it together to calm down there's so many businesses out here that I don't agree with, but I don't go down a road where I'm trying to tear them down especially small business ...get help .. by the way.. I was one of the customers that was in there today getting my hair done. I went to get a nice relaxing haircut and this older woman was yelling... I believe her name was Linda .. She was an older woman, and she was very rude from the start , very inappropriate putting down all the stylist. Everyone was trying to calm her down. She came in that way and I have seen her at a different place before and she did the same thing there... so I wasn't surprised when I seen her do that today. I don't know if she was having any bad day but she disrupted my time there and as well as everyone else's . I can tell you right now that all the stylists were trying to help her calm down and she was yelling and being so rude... shame on her for trying to put down the business when nobody did anything wrong, she was in the wrong , and I noticed that she keeps changing her names on all the platforms.. Reviews can be so one sided! As professionals we will never support box dye that we have no education on! It's for our safety and the safety of our clients to not use foreign chemicals that are unknown to us, that clients bring in themselves! Miscommunication does not mean we are a bad salon or that I am a "snotty stylist" I have everyone's best interest in my heart and only use professional product lines I'm educated in. And I'd like add. I stand by my work and my haircuts and always give my clients a week to contact me for any adjustments or changes on any hair services I perform. I do not charge any money to make alterations in the first week of being contacted. I tell all my clients this. So anyone expressing I refused to alter a haircut, is completely false. If I stopped responding to a client it is because they have inappropriately crossed boundaries with me and I no longer have the energy to reply to rude, demanding people. read more

Vanessa is the most loving and kind person I've ever met. She is very professional, does great cuts and styles for menand women and children. I've known her all of her life and I can truthfully say she's an angel. She's one of those people you instantly like and she's so kind to everyone. Vanessa is going through a divorce and her ex-husbands friends and family are slandering her by making untrue comments here on Yelp. A good example is Victoria, in Yorba Linda. Victoria doesn't even know Vanessa so Victoria must be a friend of Vanessa's ex husband or his family. People who get on Yelp and try to ruin another person's name should be pitied. The words on the screenshot are NOT from Vanessa but from a friend of Vanessa's who used Vanessa's phone Without Vanessa's knowledge.Vanessa doesn't swear Or use dirty words. Brittany has been doing my hair for years now and I will never be able to trust another hairstylist like I trust her. She has always done an amazing job, even when I've been unrealistic with what I want she explains and educates instead of just saying no. Vanessa is amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me excalty that. She is beyond sweet, kind and makes you at home. She makes sure you are happy with the work that she did before she let's you leave. She will be my #1 stylist in this area. She has been the only person to actually do a choppy look.
