Having a service like this saves the headache of having to constantly find a nanny or babysitter when one flakes on you. Ultimately, the price ends up offsetting the time I would be missing work anyway. We did not end up needing to use the service because my mom flew in to help out, but the customer service was great and I would recommend at least checking them out.
