these guys are amazing and good honest company. I took my daughter's gaming laptop in that I bought her for Christmas just about five months ago because it stopped charging. They spent two weeks trying to repair it even down to working on the motherboard itself, but they still weren't able to get it to charge because it's a manufacturers defect and a poor design . when I went to pick it up, they didn't even charge me. My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a "kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEM SOLVED. I was working on installing Starlink in my van and decided to cut the cable to the dish. After hours of research and trying to reconnect the cables myself via RJ45 connectors, I could not get the dish to connect and I was stumped. I decided to seek professional help. I went to a couple of other businesses in the area and was quickly turned away. I then found this place and decided to drive over and see if they could help. After 30 minutes, we got the connection up and running again! The technician was very solutions oriented and wanted to make sure that things were in working order before I left. When my son's gaming computer crashed. I searched online for a shop. The site I used listed several and provided a way to contact them all at the same time. This shop promptly responded. Asked me pertinent questions and quickly assessed the situation. When speaking with them I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I dropped the computer off after 3pm and was contacted at 4;20pm, where I was provided their findings, offered options, and quoted prices for all options (which were unbelievably reasonable). I got the notified that the computer was ready for pick up the next day at 1pm. Talk about super fast. They provided the best service I've EVER had when dealing with a computer shop. My laptop has never liked me. And one morning a few months ago it did not want to go to work. I did all the usual things to get it to turn on and it would not respond. "It's dead Jim" is what I got. (Ok---not from the laptop--but, you know the quote.) The repair shop I had been using had closed. The owner went back to driving trucks. (Less pressure--beside his shop was 15 miles away). I had always seen TS USA Computer repair as I drove on Hwy 99 and thought I would try them. (Closer to home) I went there and left my laptop with Sali. (A nice lady). She called me the next day and pronounced the patient dead. (Sorta dead). She said she could put a new hard drive in but, I would some programs---she did that and gave me the old one with an attachment that would have my saved files but, not programs. I took it home and re-loaded my programs---Things have been working well. Very happy with the work Sali did. Pricing was very good---In fact, it was less than I expected. Once again, Sali at T S USA Computer saved the day. I was having major SPAM issues all of a sudden so I took both laptops to Sali for a checkup. Sali had both side by side whilst running diagnostics, installed a better Malware program and things have been a lot better. It all started with a printer going offline that I tried to fix myself. When my old desktop gave me a BSOD with a Critical Failure message, I tried to contact my regular IT specialist, since I needed to get the computer up and running for distributing my newsletter. TS USA offered to reinstall the Win10 OS overnight, so I brought it to the service at noon. Amir gave me a cost estimate, which was quite reasonable. Two hours later I was called because he had reinstalled the OS and, when I returned, he showed me that the system was operating normally. He also said that he regularly cleans the interior of the computer. I did note that the drive letters had been reassigned, which I knew would be a problem with my Adobe PSE backup. However, I reinstalled other software successfully and then worked with my IT specialist to change drive letters back so that I could load PSE once more. Yes, it cost me another $100, but I was pleased with the promptness and professional attention that allowed me to put out my assignment on time. read more

Computer repair. I had a fairly new laptop less than two years old, just out of warranty, with a charging port that didn't work. I called serveral repair places and the feedback I got from others were 1) Cheaper to buy a new computer, 2) It would take some time and can't guarantee the job, 3) $450 repair and take a few weeks. Then I found TS USA. I brought then them the laptop on Friday and I picked up on Tuesday ready to roll. They were able to make a short term fix to get me to use the machine until a part came in and were responsive, kind, and easy to work with. While I never wish computer repair needs on anyone, muchless myself, if it happens, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them and refer my friends and others there as well. No idea how this place has so many high reviews. Brought my laptop in on Monday morning for a job that should have taken at most a day (could have done it myself if I had the tools). They didn't even take a look at it until almost closing time the next day, finally finished it twenty four hours later. Worst of all the folder I specifically asked them to transfer IN WRITING did not get saved. As in the main reason I went to a repair place at all instead of just reinstalling Windows, costing me weeks of work. And it was no less expensive than going to Geek Squad.
