Anthony called back shortly and gave me some recommended next steps. He kept me in the loop to assure me of what to expect. His crew came by in a couple of days to find an issue with the pump. They replaced it promptly. We also had them flush the drain field piping. Subsequently, we had a circuit breaker issue. They gave me a reference to an electrician, and we got that fixed shortly. I documented that and I will be taking them to small claims court and sue for triple the damages for their pump out! I will file up to three separate claims for the fraudulent pump out. I've never lost a case and they think they are protected from violating the 4th and 5th Amendments. I assure you that they are not! Be very careful with this company.
