It had the same problem within a couple of days and I had to take ot to another place to get it fixed at the cost of $850. It had nothing to do with the alternator. I called to speak with the owner, David, to be told he wouldn't be back until the next week and they would have him call me back. Of course I've never heard back. This Spartanburg location is a joke. I will not drop this until something is done about these dishonest practices.

I called 5 places around spartanburg and Firestone was the first one to have the tires I needed. They were very accommodating and worked me in when it was convenient for me. I went in and I could tell they were quite busy and running around, but David came out to help me and was very sweet and helpful. They offered to drop off the car somewhere if I needed, but I ended up being able to come pick it up after they closed - they just hid the key under my mat and locked up since I have a spare. The car is driving good so far and they even have a 50,000 mile (I think) warranty, and if I get a flat I can go to any Firestone and they'll fix it for free! Thanks for being a life saver Firestone! I'm not sure how much longer I would have made it on those bald tires.
