This faciliity and employees tried to act like my moms coat was never there and that i didnt have to call the police to file a police report for THEFT which i infact did. I won needless to say, this is all about PRINCIPAL, When you know a facility did something to your family member, you dont back down. This nursing home thought i was going to disappear. But I took them to court and I won my case against this nasty facility. When you are placing your family member into a facilty, make sure you do your due dilligence and research these facilities because alot of them are just plan nasty, But HIGHLAND PARK CARE CENTER is just nasty and dont care about there residents and had i not took them to court. I do believe that this will continue to happen. So make sure you ADVOCATE for your family when you place them in some sort of nursing home facility FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT, never give up. Ruby office staff needs to retire, she just screams at patient's and their family members. My mother waited for 3 weeks to get a Prior authorization for a stress test. I would not recommend ANYONE to this office! Very disappointed with the care of patient for this office!
