It's sad I've been calling this office for going on 4 weeks now, and never get a human when I call. It's always the answering service or the voicemail. And the "NEVER", return your message calls. It's sad, especially when you have a spouse that has a rare disease and you can "NEVER " speak with someone to get a message to the doctor. read more

Update: Insurance fraud! After the poor care I received I started getting lots of crazy bills. They charged me for procedures they didn't do. They billed my ordinary doctors visit as a specialist visit so instead of $5 I owe $150. They did this twice. And of course they don't answer the phone so I can't dispute the charges. Illegal madness! Dr. Adams spent all have five minutes with me. Only examined the one part of my body that said was a problem. She floated that I might have cancer. She never asked any questions and did not examine me. She did not say hello or goodbye. Days later I do not know if I will live or day or if cancer is likely or unlikely. I guess this is to be expected these days. I would like to think that I caught her on a bad day, but I doubt it. read more

Do NOT waste your time at this place!! I had blood work done over 6 weeks ago. Have called multiple days with a voicemail message to call me to discuss results. You cannot even get anyone on the phone at this place. They must be busy but not busy enough to send out the bill & cash the check once the check is returned. I've been here twice at the beginning of the days and waited over an hour both times to see ANYONE. I'm not sure what is going on with this place but I will NEVER be a patient here again. They clearly don't care, and I don't either to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have had nothing but difficulty with this office. I went months without my blood pressure medication because the office failed to renew it with the pharmacy IN SPITE of my recent check up and having been prescribed it. Most recently, I was prescribed another medication by the NP. It was called in to the pharmacy but my insurance company requires prior authorization. The pharmacy has tried repeatedly to get this authorization but the office does not respond. I finally called myself and talked to Mark-who stated he is the person to handle these requests. He promised to investigate and call me back. He did NOT and I am still without my prescription. I'm done. I'll go elsewhere. read more

Dr Warren is the BEST physician I have ever been a patient of and I have NEVER had a problem with the staff. I had a situation where I almost died and Dr Warren was the only physician that ran test after test until they found out what was wrong with me and kept me from dying. Worst experience I've had in a doctors office EVER! NP made me feel less than - like my feelings were not valid!!!! I asked for simple med changes and was told they are all the same. I have suffered from depression since my son died and have taken the same antidepressant for over six years. I just wanted to change my generic antidepressant to name brand due to the fact it seemed to be making me more irritable. Also had labs drawn that were not paid for by my insurance. Now I have to pay over $340 out of my own pocket to cover these. SAVE YOUR SELF RESPECT AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

I called on a Tuesday asking as a new patient if they took both of my insurances. I was transfered to billing. They said YES!! I was transfered to scheduling. They then scheduled an appointment for the next day on Wednesday at 10:30am. I drove from Cordova and got there at 0945. When I walked in they sent me to the back of the building. The receptionist was "huffing and puffing" in a bad mood. I gave her my name. She then told me my appointment wasn't until the next day, Thursday. I was very upset. I showed up the next day thirty minutes prior to fill out paperwork. Half way into signing new patient documents, I was called to the front desk. I do not love this place. And if you ever need a refund for an accidental overcharge, buckle up sister, because you are going for a ride. I went it for an annual physical and was mistakenly charged a co-pay. An honest mistake, so I called a few days later to get a refund. They said they would work on getting an authorization to release the funds and issue a check, and that they would call me back. 1 week, no phone call. I call back. They tell me they'll look into it and call back. 2 weeks, I'm busy, I forget, no call from PCS. I call back. "Press option 6 for billing" Mysteriously, this button now takes you back to the main menu telling you which option to press for each department. Oh yeah, they've been learning a new computer system that they implemented 3 months ago. I remember when I learned how to use the new VCR too. I called back and pressed 5 for medical records. No answer. Leave voicemail. Hoping for a call back, eating M&M's. Waiting. Getting fat. Not getting my $ back, I'm pretty sure. If you're wondering about service by the staff and my actual experience getting seen for my physical? Go somewhere else. Trust me. If you're 20 minutes early for your appointment. Expect to wait another hour and a half past your appointment time.. or maybe that's not the norm and my wait was the rarity, but I think not. But, hey, maybe I'm wrong. You want to chance it? I was a patient here for over twenty years. Hadn't been in maybe the past five years and needed to be seen by a PCP for a follow up after a hospital stay. When I called to schedule an appointment, they had no record of me ever being a patient, whatsoever. I was the first appointment of the day at 8:00am. I sat in an exam room until 9:30, when the Nurse Practioner's student finally saw me. I then waited 30 more minutes to see the NP. She was very rude and didn't take any of my concerns seriously. She ordered lab work and when I was called with the results, from her assistant, I was told that I needed to go the ER because I had an "infection". When asked for clarification, he called back and said, she just said you need to go to the hospital, your white cell count is high. No kidding?! I just got out of the hospital, of course my white cells are high! Not sure what has happened to this place, but this past experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back. read more
