Unfortunatly they are the "gatekeepers" for this practice. I talked to them far more often than the doctors. One is the receptionist & the other is their billing person. I called to find out the cost of a service & spoke to the receptionist. She interrupted so much & acted like I wouldn't be able to afford it that i didn't even get a chance to ask my question! After 5 minutes of being treated like worthless, poor trash I finally hung up in tears. Another time i just wanted to leave a message for my doctor. She spoke to me on a derogatory manner & refused to let me. These are only 2 examples of many instances of abusive conversations I had with her. I first dealt with their billing person when trying to resolve an overdue bill. The bill was $200. I couldn't pay the whole amount that day & wanted to make a payment arrangement to get it taken care of within a few months. The person in charge of billing refused to allow me to make a payment arrangement OR make a partial payment to reduce the amount she was going to send to collections. Yes, this was a charged situation & totally my fault. If she was just following their policies she could have explained that. Instead she was unnecessarily derogatory & rude. Again, I ended the conversation feeling abused & in tears. In April I had my Wellness exam. I'd spoken to the receptionist a few of times (and endured her abusive behavior each time) to get appointment set up. When I arrived at the office the receptionist demanded, "That's $235 today like we talked about." We hadn't talked about it. Wellness exams are free with my insurance. So I was startled. As a survivor of abuse I was already feeling triggered & vulnerable from my previous difficult conversations with her. If you have been beaten down by abuse, you'll understand why I handed over my debit card even though I needed that money for groceries. It is late June now. I still haven't gotten my money back despite multiple calls to their billing department & Medicare. They coded the visit wrong to Medicare & only reported that I paid $5 out of pocket. So it's looking like fraud. I called billing one more time for an update. Billing had a lot to say but nothing had been done. Frustrated, I demanded my money back, told them I'd be calling the Medicare fraud department, & hung up. Today I got a letter informing me they're terminating my physician/patient relationship & have 30 days to get my medical records from them. Still no check. I'm done. If i don't get my money in the next week I'm calling a lawyer. I'm tired of being treated like crap.

Patients in my experience have always been treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately foul language and threats cause a dismissal from the practice. I had 5 appointments and all were pretty much the same story. Brandi (nurse practitioner) was particularly quick with her words and explanations. After 2 minutes, I could tell she and the staff were in a rush. When I initially sat with the nurse, she seemed surprised with regard to what I was there for. I indicated all the reasons I needed to be seen with the receptionist. Sitting for several minutes with the nursing assistant, she kept forgetting what I was there for. She kept saying "the doctor will document that". When Brandi (NP) came in, she immediately started talking at a records pace. I was there for prenatal care and asked her and the assistant to slow down repeatedly so I could write what was said. She didn't slow down either. Update: After calling them about my care, they called back to tell me they were discharging me as a patient (due to the issues I experienced with Brandi and the nurse's assistant). They said because of the "incident" (where I stated they rushed me before I left the office) they will no longer offer care. No notice, no phone call, nothing. They even indicated I wasn't welcome, then referenced this Google review as the reason why. I never told them I left this review. Not one staff member called to ask me why I left the appointment early, or got my side of the story. Just...really horrible care. Not recommended to anyone with a disability (additional care and patience).

He has the best bedsides manner that I've experienced with an OBGyn which is very hard to find. I am going through menopause and it seems it's almost impossible to find a doctor who cares about this stage of a woman's life. Dr Nick Denson absolutely cares, and I feel incredibly lucky that I was able to sift through the many choices in doctors to find him. To top it all off, he is warm, personable and has a lovely sense of humor. His staff is also a five star crew. Every part of my experience with them was wonderful. I had to have a biopsy done, and they were wonderfully patient with my questions and concerns. My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete the new patient paperwork, and was taken in to see the doctor before my appointment time. They were very prompt. Even with the biopsy, I was in and out within an hour.

(-greatest of all time), with the way she handled my delivery. Nothing but great things to say about this office, and I had to leave a review since they had only a few and they weren't near my experience. Leavitt, is a great choice for any women's health needs.

I remember my first time following up after losing a little weight, and my doctor burst through the door and said, "YOU LOST XX POUNDS! CONGRATS!". Let me tell you, there's nothing better than having that kind of support behind you! Even from the beginning, I have always felt supported and like my dr wound fight for me. I also happen to work with most of the dr's from said office at my job. I have loved working with every single one of them because of how nice and supportive of their patients they are. But have never had a doctor that was such an advocate for their patients. After a very dramatic delivery, and an extended NICU stay, I can text him to this day and will always get a response. But what has really been amazing is their after care... They've called me a couple times to ask how things are going, how things are healing etc, we even talked about an accident our cat had last time we were in the clinic for a checkup on the cyst situation and when they called a couple days after the appointment to check up on healing/antibiotics/swelling/discomfort they also asked about how our cat who we had to rush to the vet that morning was doing as well. I went in for a basic doctors visit to establish a primary care provider here in Idaho, as i just recently moved here. Danielle Bangeter is absolutely awful. Basically pretended that she would help me so she could get me to pay them (out of pocket) multiple times. Then after they had gotten my money, refused to fill my medication (after telling me they would) and I ended up having a seizure almost dieing and ended up in the ER. Within a week of our visit. Avoid this place at all costs. Scam artists. Doctors are supposed to help you. These people won't. The only thing they will do is take your money lmao.
