KIANOOSH was the tech who serviced our home. He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company. Will keep them in mind for future needs due to this experience!

We had a leak from the drain hose and Brandon came and took care of everything!! He resloped the unit, shop vac'd up the wet insulation, carried the shop vac down from the attic, dumped it in the trash, carried the fan up there and plugged it in and also got a contractor out here to fix the ceiling drywall as soon as possible! I thought I would have to fight the company on fixing the ceiling but...nope!! How many people do you know that would go beyond the call of duty? The company is very lucky to have such a conscientious former military guy working for them!! Brandon...job well done!!

(I will be cross-posting this on several sites). TLDR at bottom…read more My experience with Climate Care has made me a customer for life. The AC stopped blowing cold air on Sunday night. Normally, we're the kind of people who try to fix most of our problems on our own before calling someone, but my husband was out of town for a business trip all week, and I didn't feel comfortable trying to diagnose things on my own. I knew I couldn't wait 6 days without AC. So I started doing research. The first guy I called gave me a long list of things that probably needed to be replaced, and gave me a quote of around $400. I gave him my concerns about him diagnosing the AC unit over the phone without even looking at it. He became very rude and told me he could give me an in person quote on Wednesday. I told him to make me an appointment for Wednesday and decided to keep looking around for other options. I'm pretty sure I called at least 15 other places. Several of them quoted me around the same price, or couldn't make it to look at the unit until several days later. I actually ended up finding Climate Care on complete accident while I was looking for a phone number to another place, and I truly believe that God was on my side that day. I was extremely annoyed by the time I called, and I know that was definitely heard over the phone but they were friendly with me the entire time, and he told me he could come look at my unit that day, within the next hour and a half if I was available and give me a quote based on what they found. My prayers had been answered. Brian (I think?) showed up when he was supposed to, and immediately started looking at my unit. Within 15 minutes, he had a diagnosis ready. When he came back he explained the problem to me in simple and matter-of-fact kind of way. I run into service guys all the time (especially in auto shops) who think that because you're a woman you just won't understand the situation, or you don't know what you're really looking for. I did not feel that way at all talking to the guy, and it was a serious breath of fresh air. I was more than prepared for him to tell me that I needed to replace this long list of parts and it was going to cost me over $400. He told me I only needed to replace one part, quoted me around $80 and had the problem fixed for me around 2 hours later. He even took a little bit of extra time to clean up around and inside the unit (at no extra cost to me). I was very pleased with my service and I'm convinced that my AC is working better now than it ever did. I will definitely call them first with any issue I have in the future. TLDR: Was quoted $400 and several days wait to get started on the work for the first company I called. I found Climate Care on accident, and have never been so well taken care of. They were extremely nice, and looked at my unit that day and gave me a quote of around $80. They went above and beyond to make sure my unit was working properly and even cleaned around and inside the unit to make sure that the AC was working 100%.

We have had lots of maintenance done on our home in the 55 years we have lived here. ACCUTEMP…read moreHeating & Air Conditioning has been the most impressive company to deal with over all those years. That started with the owner of the company, Austin Ballard, a veteran, who has hired and trained his entire team to give their full effort and to understand all the details of the job. So, when we had questions, each worker knew the answer(s). Each man was very personable, polite and respectful. The jobs went smoothly. Brody Walker evaluated our needs and provided equipment options and pricing to choose from. The heat and air crew showed up the very next morning to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. No delays waiting for equipment, they had it all in stock. Preston and Austin (not related to the owner), worked from 8:30 am to 9:45 pm, all that day in the extreme heat of Oklahoma's summer, most of the time in the attic, and finished the job. A few days later subcontractor Karson of ISO installed fiberglass insulation in the attic. And the next week Michael Springer, the electrician, relocated the inside breaker box to the outside breaker box and replaced almost all the breakers with UL approved breakers. The old breakers could have easily caused a fire. We had a lot of work done, it was expensive, but we have confidence in the equipment and their installation (American Standard SEER 20 furnace, etc). ACCUTEMP has an A+ rating with the BBB and excellent reviews. Additionally, they have been very responsive each time we call. You only need to put one phone number in your cell phone, 405-439-1595, to recognize when any of the crew from ACCUTEMP is reaching out. And when you call that number, the owner Austin will most likely answer to ensure coordination of all aspects of the job. Expect strong work ethics by everyone on the team. If you are a veteran, don't forget to ask for the discount.
